Cosy apartment close to Alexanderplatz

We have spent a beautiful, busy vacation in Berlin as a family with two 10 and 13 year old children. Helped even the beautiful, spacious apartment with good connection has can imagine Bahn.Wir on the s-Bahn, here again for a holiday.Thank you very much ... also for the good healthcare and the easy input and check out.Kind regards S. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei 10 und 13 jahre alten Kindern einen schönen, ereignisreichen Urlaub in Berlin verbracht. Dazu beigetragen hat auch die schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die S- Bahn. Wir können uns vorstellen, hier wieder einen Urlaub zu verbringen. The owner of this apartment was very communicative and helpful from the beginning, letting us check in early, emailing all the time and even calling in advance of our arrival. The apartment was spotless and she even left us a nice surprise welcome present! It's very centrally located in the historic... Karl-Marx Alee area with easy access to U-Bahn and Ostbanhof station (very convenient if you're coming from the airport). The building was quiet, clean and safe and there was a good supermarket across the street open 12 hours a day. I would certainly return to this apartment and can't recommend it highly enough! 

clean accommodation, beautiful rooms, two very nice bathroom, transfer and deposit worked smoothly, the beds were involved, we can recommend clean towels for each guest, what will one more....

saubere Unterkunft, schöne Zimmer, zwei sehr schöne Badezimmer, Übergabe und Kaution hat reibungslos geklappt, die Betten waren bezogen, saubere Handtücher für jeden Gast, was will man mehr...können wir weiter empfehlen.

We enjoyed. Our stay very much. Clean and comfortable, very calm, if you were lucky to have one of the inner rooms! Internet is perfect. Kitchen facilities fine. Ok with one bath, but of course it will be better when number two is ready. M. was very carefull and nice to talk with. Fine ...information. Could be nice with a guest book. Maybe it could also shortly tell a little about the story of the appartement.  

The apartment is unfortunately not as beautiful as on the photos. It is very usual, much mould has developed in the bathtub and the apartment is in need of renovation. Two front rooms that you could sleep only with Oropax road her so loudly. There is an erotic Massage Studio what I find funny in a ...House with apartments on the floor in. The hallway is dirty and damaged. The furniture is all very simple, the beds dirty and stranded stain the mattresses. The related bedding was full of hair and dirty. The overall impression for a family with children is not that great. 

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist sehr abgewohnt, in der Badewanne hat sich viel Schimmelpilz gebildet und die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die beiden Zimmer vorne sind von der Strasse her so laut, dass man dort nur mit Oropax schlafen konnte. In der Etage ...darüber befindet sich ein Erotik-Massagestudio was ich in einem Haus mit Ferienwohnungen komisch finde. Der Hausflur ist dreckig und beschädigt. Die Möbel sind alle sehr einfach, die Betten schmutzig und die Matratzen verfleckt. Das bezogene Bettzeug war voller Haare und schmutzig. Der Gesamteindruck für eine Familie mit Kindern ist nicht so toll.

Lärmpegel in 2 Zimmern etwas hoch, die anderen Zimmer sind in ruhiger Lage
