The description fits perfectly in the apartment. It very well located to get around Berlin, in perfect condition, very clean and all the necessary comfort. A very good base for exploring this city.

La description correspond parfaitement à l'appartement . Il très bien situé pour se déplacer dans Berlin, en parfait état, très propre et tout le confort nécessaire. Une très bonne base pour découvrir cette ville.

Better than we thought it was our first stay in Berlin, our landlord was friendly and zuvorkommend...das apartment was clean and it lacked nothing, some nice pictures show the photos to the apartment, but we tell them that the apartment makes more out of himself if you middle steht...klasse! the ...look is very permissive as straight a great thermal bath in full size is 100 m and one easily without binoculars (we have enjoyed it) is to see all details of both sexes, but no worry, look no none of the balcony window is mirrored! 20E for parking is too much, no 5 go, min. There is one for 8E on the day that (Chancellor at the corner) which was called ich...vie think fun in Berlin! A 

Unser erster Aufenthalt in Berlin war besser als wir uns das gedacht haben, Unser Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend....das Apartment war sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Fotos zum Apartment zeigen einige schöne Bilder, aber wir sagen ihnen das das Apartment mehr aus sich ...macht wenn man mitten drin steht.....klasse!! der ausblick ist sehr freizügig da 100 m geradeaus ein tolles Thermalbad in voller Größe zu sehen ist und man problemlos ohne Fernglas sämtliche Einzelheiten beider Geschlechter zu sehen ist (wir haben es genossen), aber keine sorge, reinschauen kein keiner das das Balkonfenster verspiegelt ist! 20E für das Parkhaus ist zu viel, keine 5 geh,min. gibt es eins für 8E am Tag, (Kanzler am Eck) hieß das glaub ich....vie spass in Berlin!! It was my second trip in Berlin. In the first time I booked a hotel room, but in the second I decided to book an appartment. The appartment of Mr M. is perfect. The location is very good, very close to shopping area and metro station. The appartment is with nice design (exactly like the web ...photos)and full-full eqquipment. A welcome sweet and coffee were a surprise for us. The owner is polite and a contact with him is easy anytime. The person who gave us the keys was also very polite and tried to give us any information and help for our staying in Berlin. In conclusion, I think that the living in this appartment is much better than in a hotel, bepending on the value for money.  

I was such a fantastic host. We arrived in Berlin early in the day and he allowed us to use the apartment well before our scheduled check in time. The apartment is immaculately presented and filled with everything you could need for a short holiday in Berlin. Everything from washing powder tablets ...to garbage bags and sugar and coffee, it is very thoughtful for a traveller who does not want to carry too much around with them. Only complaint would be the air conditioning unit which is very small and insufficient to cool the unit. Highly recommended. 

We had an excellent stay in Berlin, especially successful because of the quality of the apartment that we had rented, the kindness and availability of Igor. The apartment is extremely well located next to the zoo of the shops of the kurfurstendam and the Kadewe tiergarten or it is a real pleasure to... go to the low courses.en of the apartment everything is available: rental of vehicles, bicycles, or bus to the main quarters of the ville.l\' apartment by him same is very elegantly decorated, although team (lava linen and dry linen of quality) and very light.We will return with great pleasure. 

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a Berlin, particulièrement réussi en raison de la qualité de l'appartement que nous avions loué, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Igor. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé à coté du zoo du tiergarten des boutiques du kurfurstendam et du ...Kadewe ou c'est un réel plaisir d'aller faire les courses. en bas de l'appartement tout est a disposition : location de véhicules, de velos, ou bus pour les principaux quartiers de la ville. l'appartement par lui meme est tres élégamment décoré, bien equipé ( lave linge et sèche linge de qualité) et tres lumineux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
