Cosy apartment close to Alexanderplatz

Our stay in Berlin is fine. The accommodation is in a favorable place to withdraw to the city by metro. Also easy to reach by car and parking is no problem.

Ons verblijf in berlijn is prima bevallen. De accommodatie ligt op een gunstige plaats om met de metro de stad in te trekken. Ook goed bereikbaar met de auto en parkeren is ook geen probleem.

A lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a very good location. Booking, picking up the keys and checking out all very easy. Highly recommended.

The apartment was really nice. We checked in via a man in the Kebab shop and were in within minutes. The place is huge. Loads of space for 9 people! The kitchen became out living room but we could of done the same in either of the front bedrooms. The place is nicely centered for sight seeing trips ...and the bar district. The place was spotless when we arrived and we got our deposit back with no fuss. The only bad thing was that the oven didn't really work. Had to have grilled pizza one night but that shouldn't stop you booking as everything else was perfect! 

This accommodation turned out to be perfect; the owner was extremely hospitable and fluent in English. The apartment was very clean and modern with great facilities, there wasn't anything more you would need. The location was also excellent, basically next to a supermarket which is useful and very ...close to the U-bahn which made traveling around ridiculously easy. I would definitely stay in these apartments again when travelling to Berlin; the value for money is amazing and the accommodation was a definite 10 out of 10, which made our holiday all the better. 

Very pleasant large, high-ceilinged apartment, great for families (we were 4 adults and 5 children). Good location just off the Karl-Marx-Allee, around the corner from a U-bahn station, and a 10-min walk from Ostbanhof. There is a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient, and a... nice traditional German restaurant around the corner. The owner was responsive and helpful, and everything went very smoothly even though we were arriving and leaving at awkward times. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was so spacious and comfortable. It had everything in it we needed and more (i actually think there was more stuff in the apartment than they advertised on the web-site). It was very clean and in a great location, with amenties (shop, cafe, laundry etc) practically on the door-step. ...It was also within walking distance to Berlin Wall and the nearest train station was even closer. Also within walking distance of Simon Dach Strasse which is a great place to go for pubs, restaurant and clubs. You could hear no noise from any of the other apartments in the building so a good night sleep was had by all. The price was far cheaper than what you would pay for hotel in similiar location. I dont have any negative comments to say about this apartment and would recommend it to any-one that i know of who is going to Berlin. I have stayed in a few different apartments in various cities across Europe and this is by far the best one i have stayed in. The e-mail we received the week before we were due to stay was very informative and gave us all the information we needed on where to pick up keys, pay the remainer of the money. Excellant service
