Pretty apartment in Berlin Mitte

Modernization / mould smell from the bathroom was unpleasant. The furniture was dusty.

Moder-/Schimmelgeruch aus dem Bad war unangenehm. Die Möbel waren verstaubt.

Der Wohnungseigentümer bestätigt, die sanitären Anlagen sowie deren Ausstattung überprüft zu haben, sodass sich das Badezimmer nun in einem perfekten Zustand befindet. The apartment was very well but the contact person spoke neither Spanish nor English and communication was difficult. The relationship was still very good.

El apartamento estaba muy bien pero la persona de contacto hablaba ni español ni inglés y la comunicación fue difícil. Aun así la relación fue muy buena.

None of the persons with whom we have had contact speaks English. Plans of metro, bus and tram in the apartment were far from.Apartment well located to visit but the immediate area are not pleasant.

Aucune des deux personnes avec lesquelles nous avons eu contact ne parle anglais. Des plans de métro, bus et tram dans l'appartement auraient été bien venus. Appart bien situé pour visiter mais les alentours immédiats n'ont rien d'agréable.

The apartment was clean, characterless and basically furnished, the only seating was a tiny sofa which was uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was also an overriding chemical smell that gave me very bad headaches when sleeping. We don't know whether it was a treatment for damp or had the laminate ...floor just been laid? Overall we would rate this as quite low. We have rented many apartments in Paris, Rome, Krakow and in the US and UK. We have to rate this as the poorest we have ever stayed in for the reasons above. It needs to be made more 'comfortable' and something needs to be done about the smell. We will not be booking this one again, which is a pity as we were looking for a regular rent. 

The landlord confirms that the smell was due to renovation work is no longer there.

Apartment well located and well heated; clean and comfortable.I would have left a vacuum cleaner to pass it quickly anyway because after 2 days inevitably creates dust.

Appartamento localizzato bene e ben riscaldato; pulito e confortevole. Avrei lasciato a disposizione un aspirapolvere per comunque passarlo velocemente anche perché dopo 2 giorni inevitabilmente la polvere si crea.

Housing clean and functional, very well located to visit all on foot. Difficult to communicate with the person who welcomed us because it does paralait not 1 word in English (and we are not a word in German!)...

Logement propre et fonctionnel, très bien situé pour tout visiter à pied. Difficile de communiquer avec la personne qui nous a accueilli car elle ne paralait pas 1 mot d'anglais (et nous pas un mot d'allemand!)...

great location clean and cute Street apartment but badly the broker who handles check-ins do not speak too grumpy and obnoxious. The owner was very nice. I\'ll be back in the same apartment next time only if it is not the same contact person at check-in

ottima posizione strada appartamento pulito e carino ma malissimo l'intermediario che si occupa del check-in non parla iglese scontroso e antipatico. La proprietaria era molto simpatica. Tornerò nello stesso appartamento la prossima volta solo se non sarà la stessa persona di contatto a fare il check-in
