This apartment is located on the first floor of a historically important and well-maintained building, built in 1894. The historic stucco facade was restored in summer 2015. The apartment itself has a very refined feel to it. It’s south-facing, which makes it very bright and sunny. The living room has original oak panelling and the ceiling is decorated with a painting, while the hallway also has a
wooden floor. The large bathroom, which occupies 11m², has a slate floor, a big bathtub and separate shower. Meanwhile, the modern kitchen is fully equipped.
In the bedroom guests will find a Japanese-style double bed, crafted from solid acacia (200cm x 180cm), and two mattresses (200cm x 90cm). In addition, the room has a modern wardrobe and a stereo system with a radio, a USB port and a CD and cassette player. The living room is furnished with two leather sofas that can both be turned into single sofa-beds (110cm x 200cm and 130cm x 190cm), a coffee table, two leather armchairs and a small desk, together with a flat-screen TV.

beautiful apartment that has character and is very well located in Berlin; everything is done on foot or by bicycle; District very bobo and Nice, good relaxing atmosphere... only downside: no shutters to windows therefore emerged very early in large bright apartment.
