This apartment is located on the first floor of a historically important and well-maintained building, built in 1894. The apartment itself has a very refined feel to it. It’s south-facing, which makes it very bright and sunny. The living room has original oak panelling and the ceiling is decorated with a painting, while the hallway also has a wooden floor. The large bathroom, which occupies 11m²,
has a slate floor, a big bathtub and separate shower. Meanwhile, the modern kitchen is fully equipped.
In the bedroom guests will find a Japanese-style double bed, crafted from solid acacia (200cm x 180cm), and two mattresses (200cm x 90cm). In addition, the room has a modern wardrobe and a stereo system with a radio, a USB port and a CD and cassette player.
The living room is furnished with two leather sofas that can be turned into a single sofa bed (110cm x 200cm and 130cm x 190cm), a coffee table, two leather armchairs and a small desk, together with a flat-screen TV.

Very beautiful staying, perfect accomodation. The contact person has been extremly kind, gave us precise indication about how to reach the apartment and waited for us to arrive in front of the building. Do not be negatively impressed by the outside/stairs appearence of the building, the apartment is beautiful, modern, big and clean.
There were not enough towels - only 1 bath sheet, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people but when we called the agent he arranged extra towels that day. We had a slight problem when we arrived at the airport getting in touch with the agent because his phone number did not appear to be working. ...But he was waiting for us at the apartment. When I got back to UK there were a couple of messages left on my home number dated 2 April with new agent number but I had already left home by then!
Fantastic apartment!!!
What a stunning apartment..especially the bath that allows you both to submerge happily.Prenzlauer Berg was a random place but lovely experience all the same..apartment made our stay!
Don't be put off by the outside of the building, the apartment is beautiful inside. If you don't speak German take a hard drive or some DVDs for some night entertainment. Graffiti seems to be a German pastime so again don't be put off by this. The apartment is in a nice area and close to trams and ...underground stops. Buy a travel pass at the airport for your stay it covers buses, trams, trains and underground well worth it. We found it helpful to go on a tourist bus to find the main points of attraction.
Well groomed and beautiful apartment. Location very central in Nice neighborhood and everything within easy reach (on foot or by metro). Nice and helpful owner. A recommendable for whom a few days on relaxing way by in Berlin.
This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, it was comfortable, clean with beautiful decor. The location was close to everything, subway, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Being our first time to Berlin we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. R. was lovely, explained ...everything to us and showed us where places were. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. Berlin in a wonderful city.
Great apartment, I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone
