Modern and comfortable city-centre apartment for four

Really nice and clean apartment, furnished with a taste, located close to the Theater des Westens. Great contact with the owner. 100%!

Very nice apartment, very suitable for 2-4 persons, establishment of very tasteful, functional and clean. Very central and yet quiet. We have felt very comfortable.Small radio would be beneficial. To start channel, the day with music and news with the local, I find ... personally pleasant and ...reinforced the feeling of taking a trip. And this is not possible with the Fernseher.Das dish was accommodated in high cabinets above. Difficult to achieve as a little man no Cadence or small stool. 

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr geeignet für 2-4 Personen, Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, zweckmäßig und sauber. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Radio wäre vorteilhaft. Den Tag mit Musik und Nachrichten mit dem lokalen Sender zu beginnen, finde ich... persönlich sehr angenehm und verstärkt das Gefühl, eine Reise zu unternehmen. Und das geht nicht mit dem Fernseher. Das Geschirr war in hohen Schränken oben untergebracht. Als kleiner Mensch ohne Tritt oder kleinen Hocker schwierig zu erreichen. 

Very nice apartment, well appointed and comfortable to spend a few days in Berlin. Contacts with the (very friendly) owners were simple, quick and effective. The apartment, very clean and well decorated, has everything that is necessary for a (small) family ... and above all, it is ideally located ...to explore the city. There is more a shopping mall nearby for shopping, not to mention the many restaurants and cafes nearby. In short, one without fault, we return without hesitation in this apartment for an another Berlin stay!  

Très bel appartement, bien agencé et confortable pour passer quelques jours à Berlin. Les contacts avec les propriétaires (très sympathiques) ont été simples, rapides et efficaces. L'appartement, très propre et bien décoré, dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour une (petite) famille ...et surtout, il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Il y a de plus un centre commercial tout proche pour faire ses courses, sans parler des nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. Bref, un sans faute, nous retournerons sans hésiter dans cet appartement pour un autre séjour berlinois !  

I really liked the decor, it was very cheerful. The kitchen was simple but for my more than enough. And a detail that there was some salt and coffee at the pantry :)

Me gustó mucho la decoración, lo hacía muy alegre. La cocina era simple pero para mi más que suficiente. Y un detalle que hubiera algo de sal y café en la despensa :)

Communication with owner was poor (not language related)just not very responsive and nothing personal. Location excellent. Our contact person was excellent and very helpful.

The stay was excellent. Cosy apartment in the center of Berlin.

Very good location near the Ku Damm. Modern housing, quiet pleasant decoration. We have been delighted. Functional kitchen for breakfast but not to the beyond

Trés bon emplacement prés du Ku Damm. Logement moderne, décoration plaisante, calme. Nous avons été enchanté. Cuisine fonctionnelle pour le petit déjeuner mais pas au delà

Everything perfect, maybe a little poor kitchen equipment .....Especially lacking a colander, chopping board, etc.Everything you need is in minimum quantity, insufficient: coffee cups, 2 3 cups breakfast ... (the apartment is for 4)Anyway stay there again and would recommend it.SalutiCarlo Spalletti

Tutto perfetto, forse un po' scarsa l'attrezzatura della cucina..... Soprattutto manca uno scolapasta, un tagliere,etc. Tutto quello che c'è è in quantita minima, insufficiente: 2 tazzine da caffè, 3 tazze per la colazione... (l'appartamento è per 4) Comunque ci tornerei e lo consiglierei. Saluti Carlo Spalletti
