Elegant apartment for 6 people

Great apartment! :) Well situated and looks just like the pictures.

The apartment was a little far from the Centre but the neighborhood we liked.

El apartamento estaba un poco lejos del centro pero el barrio nos gustó mucho.

Apartment was very clean and very comfortable and an excellent area and treated the owner of the apartment very, very, very excellent I would advise everyone to deal with it

The apartment was nice inside in exception of the bathroom which was very very tiny. The building at first sight does not attract at all and looks like it is still in renovation process. The contact person was ok but we were expecting a better service from them, something more personalized and we... expected more assistance. They did not fulfill our expectations and it was our first time ever renting such apartment. Other than these things, the apartment itself was good.  

the appartment was specious, very nice with all that we needed for a comfortable stay for 5 adults.

This isn\'t the quarter that we had chosen:) (18 Reinickerdorfer) very eccentric, far from the metro with inability to back in the day. Neighbourhood without animation, d?s?uvre unemployment and the depression. The entrance to the building was very dirty without cleaning for several months, with ...bottles of broken bierre and multiple tasks of dry vomiting... Windows gave on a court-bin, where the tanks of waste had been collected for several weeks. At the time, the residents stranded trash bags, outside bins and littered on the ground. Animals had opened the bags. It was disgusting, sals and unhealthy. The code of the building did not work one evening and we are left at the door 30 minutes despite a call to the owner who did that laugh at the situation. A resident was released and we were able to go but we are banned from out in the evening in fear of not being able to rerentrer! The building is next to a porn sessions room... with posters in support... Very educational for my 14 year old daughter!..... The household was poorly done, the four hypersale and the soil. We had to wash by Earth and rewashing row dirty dishes. People who we have allowed spoke only Russian! only retrieve the interressait money. And we had no invoice! No computer available then that there had to be an and any TV channel in French (the function of the TV was not working) not even TV5 Europe. We have informed the owners: Mr and Mrs MISSAL/MONDRUS. They promised to correct the benefits... We do never saw them! In short, we are not at all happy with this rental and demand a compensation of 40%. Moreover, the staff of your company does warned us until our departure by train, Friday at 19: 00. (the train ran to southern) that we couldn\'t have the apartment reserved in the Charlottenburg district and we suggested that while at the station, we could give our opinion, with no possibility to situate it in Berlin not knowing not this city and cannot see a computer, since we montions in the train. All these services are very bad and we will not miss any in warned future travellers. Claire Garbar 

Ce n'est pas le quartier que nous avions choisi:( 18 Reinickerdorfer ) trés excentré, loin du métro avec impossibilité de rentrer dans la journée. Quartier sans animation , désoeuvré où règne le chômage et la déprime. L'entrée de l'immeuble était trés sale sans nettoyage depuis ...plusieurs mois, avec bouteilles de bierre cassé et taches multiples de vomissement séché... Les fenêtres donnaient sur une cour-poubelle, où les bacs de déchets n'avaient été ramassées depuis plusieurs semaines. Du coup, les sacs poubelles des habitants trainaient ,débordaient des bacs et jonchaient par terre. Des animaux avaient ouvert les sacs. C'étaient dégoûtant, sals et malsain. Le code de l'immeuble n'a pas fonctionné un soir et nous sommes restées à la porte 30 minutes malgré un coup de fil à la propriétaire qui n'a su que rire de la situation. Un habitant est sorti et nous avons pu rentrer mais nous nous sommes interdits de ressortir en soirée dans la crainte de ne pouvoir rerentrer ! L'immeuble est à coté d'une salle de scéances porno... avec affiches à l'appui.. Trés éducatif pour ma fille de 14 ans !!..... Le ménage était mal fait, le four hypersale ainsi que le sol. Nous avons dû laver par terre et relaver de la vaisselle rangée sale. Les personnes qui nous ont acceuilli ne parlaient que russe !!! seul récupérer l'argent les intérrèssait. Et nous n'avons eu aucune facture ! Aucun ordinateur à disposition alors qu'il devait y en avoir un et aucune chaine de TV en français( la fonction traduction du téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas ) même pas TV5 Europe . Nous en avons informé les propriétaires : Mr et Mme MISSAL/MONDRUS. Ils ont promis de venir rectifier les prestations... Nous ne les avons jamais vu! Bref, nous ne sommes pas du tout content de cette location et demandons un dédommagement de 40%. Par ailleurs, Le personnel de votre entreprise ne nous ont averti qu'au moment de notre départ par le train, le vendredi à 19h. ( le train partait à 19h.30) que nous ne pouvions avoir l'apartement réservé dans le quartier de Charlottenburg et nous ont proposé celui ci alors que , à la gare, nous ne pouvions donner notre avis, n'ayant pas de possibilité de le situer dans Berlin ne connaissant pas cette ville et ne pouvant consulter un ordinateur, étant donné que nous montions dans le train. Tous ces services sont trés mauvais et nous ne manquerons pas d'en averti les futurs voyageurs. Claire Garbar 

Dans la fiche descriptive du logement, dans l'onglet "photos et plan", les photos du quartier sont à disposition des clients. Le propriétaire confirme que les déchets de l'immeuble sont récupérées fréquemment, avoir révisé le bon fonctionnement du système de code automatique de la porte d'entrée, prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la propreté de l'appartement, que la personne de contact parle français et que la télévision dispose du satellite incluant des chaînes françaises. Aucun ordinateur n'est inclus dans les équipement du logement, seule la connection internet est disponible. Il est recommandé de contacter le Service Client de OH disponible tous les jours, de 11h à 20h afin d'éclairer toutes les éventuelles questions avant ou pendant le séjour.

This was a very clean and comfortable appartment. The area was not perfect for coming back late or letting our teenage children come home on their own. There seemed to be an awful lot of people drinking all day and hanging around. However the transport links into the city were close by and very easy... to use. We got off at Reinencker Str at night which was a little bit further as it was a nicer walk. This appartment came up when I searched the mitte district of Berlin but it was in Wedding.the key pad acess is great and when you arrive there is basic supplies plus pizzas for your first meal which is very handy.  

I can only say \"Great\". Release, welcoming, clean, friendly. Towering ceilings, spacious rooms. Ultimately perfect to spend a stay in Berlin

Solo puedo decir "GENIAL". Bien comunicado, acojedor, limpio, amables. Techos altísimos habitaciones amplias. En fin perfecto para pasar una estancia en Berlin

The apartment has liked us, from the road made it was but somewhat noisy. However, we had booked the apartment on new year\'s Eve.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, von der Strasse her war es aber doch etwas laut. Allerdings hatten wir die Wohnung an Silvester gebucht.
