"Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Läden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kontaktpersonen waren im Umgang freundlich und zuvorkommend; mit anderen Worten: umkompliziert.
Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Die Anmietung der Wohnung war einfach.
Bei der Website würde ich noch deutlich machen, daß die Angabe der Pass- / Ausweisnummer obligatorisch ist.
