Apartment in Berlin city center with Internet access

Fifth rental apartment, always satisfied, very well located, very nice area, all shops, metro and train nearby, apartment very clean and very pleasant to live (but attention 4th floor without elevator).

Cinquième location de cet appartement, toujours aussi satisfaite, très bien situé,quartier très agréable, tous commerces, métro et train à proximité, appartement très propre et très agréable à vivre (mais attention 4e étage sans ascenseurs).

Apart from the heating, which was a bit weak even it was only the fall season, the apartment was very good, clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The location ist very good, only the street noise (bearable) kept me from rating it excellent.

This apartment is ideally situated next to a U barn station and I found it perfect to use as a base to explore Berlin.

Friendly and helpful contact person. The location of the apartment was suitable, though it from time to time was some loud noises during night time, from street. Also traffic noise was rather loud from time to time. Apartment was on top-floor ( 5 floors included ground floor). Next time, an ...apartment on 3rd floor will be prefared. The accommodation was spacious, but I missed washing machine. Both for clothes and dishes. Two toilets is very practical if several persons living apartment. Very close to U-bahn and shops of different kind. All in all, an apartment to recommend.  

The connection to the transport with the U2 and U7 stops below the apartment is very good. In the apartment, one breathes old Berlin flair and only 100 m away the pedestrian zone of the Wilmersdorferstraße begins with many shops. Everything is up on a washing machine for a longer stay in the apartment.

Die Anbindung zu den Öffis mit den Haltestellen der U2 und U7 unterhalb der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In der Wohnung atmet man altes Berliner Flair und nur ca. 100 m entfernt beginnt die Fußgängerzone der Wilmersdorferstraße mit vielen Geschäften. In der Wohnung ist bis auf eine Waschmaschine auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt alles vorhanden.

Apartment in good condition and sufficient. The neighborhood is quiet, with the possibility of daily and well-connected purchases.

Apartamento en buen estado y suficiente. El barrio es tranquilo, con posibilidad de realizar las compras diarias y bien comunicado.

I am telling my residence, the person is very friendly.... something to improve, is that all the TV channels are in German, there had to be at least a string in English or another foreign language.

Je suis contant de mon séjour, la personne est très sympathique.... une chose à améliorer , c'est que toutes les chaines de la TV sont en allemand, il devait y avoir au moins une chaîne en anglais ou une autre langue étrangère.

The owner was extremely friendly and cooperative. The facilities of the apartment is ideal for a city trip and was fully and completely the description. The location is central: A subway to station arrives to train almost on the doorstep, in 5 minutes on foot. The Kurfürstendamm is easy to reach ...on foot. The immediate vicinity of the apartment to a pedestrian street offered plenty of shopping opportunities. A bakery and a supermarket are located directly opposite on the other side of the street. Despite these many possibilities, the apartment was relatively quiet. In short: we were very happy and would come back at any time. 

Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und kooperativ. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für eine Städtereise optimal und entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist zentral: Eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich fast vor der Haustür, zur S-Bahn gelangt man in fünf Gehminuten. Der ...Kurfürstendamm ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die unmittelbare Nähe der Wohnung zu einer Fußgängerzone bot zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt befinden sich direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Trotz dieser zahlreichen Möglichkeiten war die Wohnung verhältnismäßig ruhig. Kurz gesagt: Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
