Elegant and charming apartment in an old-style building for twelve people

the accommodation was very good (a little too just to cook kitchen) instead also, just in front of the tramnous have had no direct contact with the persons responsible for the rental (we arrived too late because the plugs on the road!)and departure one Sunday morning. But telephone exchanges very well.

le logement était très bien (cuisine un peu trop juste pour y cuisiner) le lieu aussi, juste en face du tram nous n'avons pas eu de contatc direct avec les personnes chargées de la location (notre arrivée trop tardive à cause des bouchons sur la route !) et départ un dimanche matin . Mais échanges téléphoniques très bien.

We loved our stay so much, there were just a few things lacking in the kitchen equipment, like a seive/colander to drain stuff, and it could have done with a few more glasses. a shower curtain over the bath would have been good too as water got everywhere. other than that it was brilliant and we would all stay here again.

The maintenance of the flat was rather average (e.g. many bulbs were out). The wooden floor was also very noisy, whereas there was no carpet on the floor. Any light movement at night would have waken up other persons.

What was not so nice, is that the House is very nice! The inhabitants of our apartment were very nocturnal. From 2.00 am in the morning, we could no longer sleep!

Was nicht so schön war, ist dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist! Die Bewohner über unserer Wohnung waren sehr nachtaktiv. Ab 2.00 Uhr morgens konnten wir nicht mehr schlafen!

The apartment is perfectly located, on a very convenient train line. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well equipped. The living-room could use a little more efficient lights, when one wants to stay and relax at home. But Berlin has so much to offer that staying home is not a good idea. Very good ...and efficient and nice people, who gave us all necessary infos with a beautiful smile.
