Description
This charming 60 m2 apartment (without a lift) is located on the third floor of a classical Berlin building and can sleep up to five people. The spacious lounge is very sunny and tastefully decorated with a number of different features. The comfortable sofa also converts to a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and offers maximum comfort whilst watching television or a DVD. A fifth person can sleep in the additional bed that can be set up in the room (normally stored in a cupboard). There is free internet connection available.
There is also a large dining room table where guests can enjoy socializing over the delicious home-cooked meals that can be prepared in the adjacent modern and fully-equipped kitchen.
In the extravagantly decorated bedroom at the top of the wooden staircase there is a magnificent double bed. The windows provide a wonderful view over the architectural interesting inner courtyard.
The fabulous bathroom has bath and shower and is an ideal spot to unwind and relax after a long day’s sightseeing around the city.
In the area surrounding this beautiful apartment there is a supermarket and several small shops as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants around Savignyplatz. A short stroll will lead to Wilmersdorfer Strasse, with shops for all tastes. Public transport is ready available for visitors to travel to the most interesting and fascinating parts of the city and the metro station (U-Bahn) Ernst-Reuter-Platz on line U2 is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment providing quick and easy access to the lively area of Kurfürstendamm, the impressive Potsdamer Platz and the spectacular television tower in Alexanderplatz; it is also possible to connect to other metro lines and the fast city train service (S-Bahn). ... We have been very satisfying to our stay. The apartment was perfect except for the fact that it is on the 3rd floor without elevator!The location is very good, the Sbahn and Ubahn nearby. And even on foot, it\'s perfect :) Berlin is a beautiful city.
Nous avons été très satisfaisant de notre séjour. L'appartement était parfait excepté le fait qu'il soit au 3ème étage sans ascenseur! L'emplacement est très bien, le Sbahn et Ubahn a proximité. Et même à pied, c'est parfait :) Berlin est une magnifique ville.

We have can refer not the agreed apartment, because she was busy. The organisation of rent has become clear to me. The company from Berlin has offered an alternative in a different area, which was but slightly more expensive. Apart from the construction noise and a few little things the apartment ...has refurbished well please - very stylish, clean and noble us. The keys with the helpful neighbour - thank you again was especially welcome!
Wir haben nicht die vereinbarte Wohnung beziehen können, da sie besetzt war. Die Organisation der Vermietung ist mir nicht klar geworden. Die Vermieterin aus Berlin hat uns eine Alternative in einem anderen Stadtteil angeboten, die aber etwas teurer war. Abgesehen vom Baustellenlärm und ein paar ...Kleinigkeiten hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen - sehr stilvoll, sauber und edel renoviert . Besonders herzlich war die Schlüsselübergabe mit der hilfsbereiten Nachbarin - vielen Dank nochmal!
