This cozy 45m2 apartment is outstanding not just for its furnishing and decoration but also its closeness to a number of places of interest and tourist attractions that can all be visited on foot. The accommodation can comfortably sleep up to two people and is located on the first floor of a classic residential building.
The main area is a combination of a comfortable lounge and kitchen where guests can chat pleasantly in company. It is also furnished with two large armchairs, and a wonderful dining room table that is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the delicious home-cooked meals that can be prepared easily in the modern kitchen.

The furnished garden is a real feature of the apartment and provides a little oasis in the heart of the city. The same building offers two other apartments and the chance for guests to find real intimacy during their stay whilst having the advantage of being close to a larger group of family or friends.
The apartment has a very privileged location and in the surrounding area there are numerous supermarkets and small shops. Various bars and restaurants also offer everything visitors might need during their stay.
Just around the corner from the apartment is the interesting Museum für Naturkunde (Museum of Natural History) and the Deutsche Theater. A short stroll also leads to the complex of Hackesche Höfe. The nearest metro station (U-Bahn) of Naturkundemuseum on line U6, is located just a few steps away and offers good public transport connections. Two stops further on at Friedrichstrasse, there are several other metro and city train connections (S-Bahn). A visit to the historical Tränenpalast (Palace of Tears), the large park Tiergarten, the governmental district and the historical Checkpoint Charlie and impressive Brandenburg Gate are all trips that should not be missed.

The apartment is very centrally and directly to the underground stop \"Natural history museum\". The hostess of R is a loving contact person. It has also given us upon our arrival great tips. Location was excellent and the appartment was very clean, comfortable and quite secure. There is a large supermarket right down the street and the subway station in front takes you downtown in 5 min! Very good restaurants all around the appartment too. R. was awesome and meeting to get the keys and ...drop them off was the easiest I've ever seen. I would definitely rent again when I go back to Berlin!

We really liked the apartment.It is nicely decorated and has everything you need.Due to the good connection Berlin is fast and much is easily accessible on foot as well.

The apartment is very well located, without being in the center of the city, is just 10 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz and both the tram and the metro are in the door of the apartment. The apartment meets your expectations for a short stay accommodation, it is comfortable, clean and very well connected with metro and tram only leaving the House, restaurants, shops, supermarket...everything very to hand.
