This fantastic 70m2 apartment is on a mezzanine floor; ideal for up to four people, and is located in a quiet street in the city centre.
The lounge is fitted with parquet flooring as well as double sofa bed and matching armchair – a great spot to unwind and watch the television, a film or listen to music. There is also a large dining room table for enjoying mealtimes with a group of friends or the family.
The American-style kitchen leads directly onto the lounge and is fitted with everything guests might need to prepare their favourite dishes including all mod cons such as a microwave, oven and dishwasher.
After a long day of new experiences in this fascinating city guests will have a guaranteed rest in both the large and small bedrooms – both are fitted with two single beds. The main bedroom leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs for four people and it is an ideal spot to read a book or enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
The modern bathroom has a large window offering ample sunlight as well as a shower for some real well-being.

In the area surrounding the accommodation there are a number of supermarkets and small shops for making any daily purchases, a large variety of restaurants, cafeterias and bars. A short stroll from the apartment leads to the banks of the River Spree and the Tiergarten –the well-known park in Berlin with its famous Victory Column – the Siegessäule.
A few minutes’ walk from the apartment means visitors can take bus 187 to the Potsdamer Platz or the 123 both to the central station (Hauptbahnhof) and the metro stop Turmstraße. It is also possible to take the express bus TXL to the central station (Hauptbahnhof), Alexanderplatz and Tegel airport.
Turmstraße on line U9 leads quickly and directly to the Zoo (Zoologischer Garten), close to the colourful Kurfürstendamm with its great variety of shops and the commemorative church Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche. From the Zoologischer Garten stop there are a whole number of connections with various metro and train lines (S-Bahn), to move easily and quickly around the city and visit the main areas of interest including the historical Reichstag, the modern Potsdamer Platz and the wonderful Alexanderplatz with its impressive television tower (Fernsehturm) as well as the beautiful neighbourhood of Nikolaiviertel.
