"I spent four days in this appartment, I have to say the appartment has everything you need. It is big enough for myself, or even two people. Good location, close to many local amenities and trasport. Quiet area.

"We arrived very late on but the owner was available to meet us. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the apartment we had booked so we were moved to another apartment, albeit a larger one, but without internet access which was one of the main reasons we booked here! So after a complaint, we were moved to yet another apartment which was very nice. Aside from this issue, everything was fine and the host was extremely helpful.
The neighbourhood is nice enough, and close to U-bahn access. The apartment building is not in a great state but the apartments are clean and pleasant."

"Trotz guter Lage und netter Kontaktperson hat das Apartment doch ein paar sehr erhebliche Mängel.
Das Apartment wirkt doch sehr abgewohnt , mit sehr hässlicher und zum Teil kaputter Einrichtung . Es Ist bei nasskaltem Wetter kalt und fühlt sich immer feucht an. Es riecht dadurch muffig und alt . Man hat das Gefühl in einem nassen alten Keller zu schlafen . Handtücher waren leider auch schon sehr schäbig und haben sehr schlecht gerochen ( Vielleicht ein paar Neue kaufen und diese mit besserem Waschmittel waschen) . Toilettenpapier war sehr sparsam vorhanden und den großen und eigentlichguten Fernseher mit einer dermaßen schlechten Empfangstechnik auszustatten , ist schlichtweg ein Witz gewesen (man musste schon arge Umbauarbeiten vornehmen , um ein halbwegs gutes Empfangsergebnis zu erhalten). Bessere Kleiderbügel und eine neue Handseife kosten übrigens auch nicht die Welt ! Abschließend haben wir zwar keinen Luxus erwartet , aber man kann auch für weniger Geld ein besseres Apartment erwarten , was uns bei unserer Weiterreise nach Prag eindrucksvoll in der dortigen Unterkunft geboten wurde .
Der Service von Berlin Apartments an sich hat tadellos funktioniert und hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!!"

"Een schoon en prettig, weliswaar klein, appartement in rustige buurt. Wifi verbinding goed ( en gratis). Niet in uitgaansbuurt, wel loopafstand tot eettentjes en bakker/supermarkt.

"The accommodation is situed in a quiet neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walking from the center. The appartment is rather small with a uncomfortable couch. It's a pity the tv has only a few german channels. But the bed en shower are good and everything very clean.
The contactperson was very friendly and helpfull, we could phone him always if we wanted. "
