This cosy attic is located within a house that is divided into two flats. The area is quiet and surrounded by vegetation whilst also being in a very central location. The apartment is divided into two levels and comfortably can sleep up to 6 people. The 60m2 ground floor is made up of a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The upstairs floor measures 35m2 and houses two bedrooms.
In the lounge you will find a television, DVD and rest area furnished with double sofa-bed that can be converted into a 1.40m x 2.00m bed. The dining room is equipped with a table with six chairs, a small television and a hi-fi system. Internet wi-fi access is available on prior request. The bedroom has two single beds that can be fitted together to make a double bed, night tables and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, full utensils and cutlery. The bathroom includes a bath, toilet and sink.
The bedroom, lounge and dining room are fitted with laminated parquet. Stairs lead up to the top floor and directly into one of the bedrooms. The two bedrooms are adjacent and both furnished two single beds that can be fitted together. The maximum height of the top floor is 1.85m. The rooms on this floor are fitted with carpet.
There is an area outside the house for parking. The apartment is provided with a cradle and child’s high chair but guests must bring their own sheets, blanket and pillows for the baby.
Maximum departure time from the apartment is 11.00 and entrance from 15.00 onwards.
