Comfortable and spacious apartment with excellent location

Apartment very well located in Kreuzberg, the area is really nice and dynamic! Berlin sights are within walking distance in good weather, the ride is really nice.

Appartement très bien situé dans Kreuzberg, le quartier est vraiment sympa et dynamique ! les sites incontournables de Berlin sont accessibles à pied par beau temps, la balade est vraiment agréable.

We probably felt very. Everything you need available and clean.The apartment is conveniently located - bus number M29 (bus stop) immediately to the House s-Bahn and u reached stations, as well as a part of the Sehenswürdigkeiten.Toll you can easily also, we found that in the ... ground floor is a ...Baker, who holds on Sunday fresh table. :) Gladly we come again. 

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles Notwendige vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig - mit der Buslinie M29 (Bushaltestelle unmittelbar am Haus ) erreicht man mühelos die S- und U- Bahnstationen, sowie ein Teil der Sehenswürdigkeiten.Toll fanden wir auch, dass sich im ...Erdgeschosses ein Bäcker befindet, der auch Sonntags frische Schrippen bereithält. :) Gerne kommen wir wieder. 

Exactement ce que nous voulions : accueil, localisation et appartement, un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

The location was good for us since we were working at Martin-Gropius-Bau (15 min walk) but otherwise the surroundings were a bit boring. The house and the street were very quiet, the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of room, clean, nicely equiped. My biggest minus would be the glass tables (very loud when you're having breakfast).

Very well maintained apartment, wide ideal for 4 persons. Light with a large kitchen. Quiet location a bit eccentric but nearby the bus directly leading was potsdamer platz and the kudamm and short distance from the Ubahn it also direct the bulk of the tourist destination. So very positive we n? hesitate not a return in a future Berlin trip

Appartement très bien entretenu, vaste idéal pour 4 personnes. Lumineux avec une cuisine vaste . Localisation calme un peu excentré mais a proximite du bus qui conduit directement a potsdamer platz et au kudamm et a courte distance du Ubahn lui aussi direct vers l'essentiel des destination ...touristique . Donc très positif nous n’hésiterons pas a y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour berlinois  

Some small remarks about this rental:-smell of tobacco in the apartment, which is unpleasant for the non-smoking - it would be valuable to have a few products like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags in the apartment when it comes to 4 people for a stay of 5 days (1 trash bag only, 1/2 roll of paper toilet...)

Quelques petites remarques concernant cette location: - odeur de tabac dans l'appartement, ce qui est désagréable pour les non-fumeurs - il serait appréciable d'avoir quelques produits de type papier toilette, papier absorbant, plusieurs sacs poubelle dans l'appartement lorsqu'on vient à 4... personnes pour un séjour de 5 jours (1 sac poubelle seulement, 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette...)

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but was clearly smoking in the apartment. The Bettwäschw was not quite alright, there hair were in it.

Die Wohnung ist als Nichtraucherwohnung angegeben, aber in der Wohnung wurde eindeutig geraucht. Die Bettwäschw war nicht ganz in Ordnung, es befanden sich Haare darin.

Beautiful apartment located in a strategic position. Complete with every comfort and equipped for every need. Certainly when I return to Berlin I will check the availability of this apartment, before anything else. The kitchen is fully equipped, cosy and very bright living room is equipped with all ...modern conveniences including flat-screen tv with cable channels, stereo and comfortable sofas. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the bathroom has even Bidets (definitely uncommon thing in Germany). Located near checkpoint charlie point is connected to the rest of the city by the nearby Metro. Recommend for couples, families or groups of friends. I was impressed by the hospitality and friendliness of the hostess. rated 10! 

Appartamento stupendo situato in posizione strategica. Completo di ogni comfort e attrezzato per ogni esigenza. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Berlino verificherò la disponibilità di questo appartamento, prima di ogni altra cosa. La cucine è perfettamente attrezzata, il soggiorno accogliente e ...molto luminoso è dotato di ogni comfort compresa la tv via cavo a schermo piatto, stereo e divani comodissimi. Le camere sono molto comode e silenziose e il bagno ha perfino il bidè (cosa assolutamente rara in Germania). Situato vicino a checkpoint point charlie è collegato con il resto della città dalla vicina fermata della metropolitana. Consigliatissimo sia per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici. Sono rimasto colpito dall' ospitalitá e dalla gentilezza della padrona di casa. voto 10!
