Apartment with views over the River Spree and the Charlottenburg Palace

This 80m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift and can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has a 15m2 roof terrace, lounge and two bedrooms that connect to a large hall area with a dining room.

All the rooms guarantee a warm, cozy and comfortable atmosphere with beautiful decoration in finest detail. The main bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a rocking chair, large wall book case and cable television. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200cm) set under a sloping roof as well as a wardrobe.

In the lounge the two comfortable armchairs and double sofa bed offer a wonderful place to rest and listen to music on the stereo unit or watch television with cable connection.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, automatic coffee maker, water filters and kettle as well as full utensils and table ware to really enjoy cooking for a group of people.
The sunny bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and space to store towels and other toiletries. There is also a dryer.

From the lounge and also one of the bedrooms there is access onto the roof terrace. The views over the Charlottenburg Palace, the television tower and River Spree are fantastic. In front of the house there is a boat jetty from where guests can take one of the boats that travel along the river and see Berlin from a completely different perspective.

The connections are ideal, the Tegel airport is just seven minutes away by car and there is also a bus stop and metro station in the area near to the apartment. The Kurfürstendamm, Zoologischer Garten and Olympic stadium are just ten minutes from the accommodation. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies in the area surrounding the apartment as well as different bars, restaurants and typical Berlin taverns.
