Apartment with views over the River Spree and the Charlottenburg Palace

Well equipped, spacious and a wonderful host

The apartment is fantastic and P., the owner, is really helpful.

Great place, exceptionaly clean, aside from the wonderful location and accomodating owner.

Well appointed accommodation with nice bathroom and beautiful kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans and other dishes. Good beds and spacious Schlafzimmer.Im living room should be slightly less oversized plants. In a bedroom there are still the toys of the children of the ... owner. Should not actually in... an apartment. that is rented out, are available. TV need update. Wi-Fi connection is very moderate. It comes from the home of the owner of who lives a floor above  

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit schönem Badezimmer und schöner Küche. Genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und anderes Geschirr. Gute Betten und geräumige Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer sollten etwas weniger übergroße Pflanzen stehen. In einem Schlafzimmer stehen noch die Spielwaren der Kinder des ...Besitzers. Sollten eigentlich nicht in einem Apartement. das vermietet wird, stehen. Fernseher brauchen Update. WLAN-verbindung ist nur sehr mäßig. Sie kommt aus der Wohnung des Besitzers, der ein Stockwerk höher wohnt 

We felt incredibly comfortable in this cozy apartment! P received us very nicely. Would (end of train arrival) for us would be a description of how to get to the apartment, have been really helpful - so that a stop of bus number 109 there right in front of the House, in the ... 10minuten-stroke to ...the railway station Zoo goes.. :-) The apartment is totally furnished and lacking nothing. Quote P: \"there are 4 ways to make coffee!\" :-) only downside: in the narrow corridor leading to the front door (before of the front door) is a narrow but long strip of black mold on the ceiling to the wall. Otherwise TOP!  

wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung! P hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Für uns wäre (Bahnanreisende) wäre eine Beschreibung, wie man zur Wohnung kommt, echt hilfreich gewesen - also dass es direkt vor dem Haus eine Haltestelle der Buslinie 109 gibt, die im ...10minuten-Takt zum Bahnhof Zoo fährt.. :-) Die Wohnung ist total schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Zitat P: "es gibt 4 verschiedene Möglichkeiten Kaffee zu machen!" :-) EINZIGER Wermutstropfen: im schmalen Flur zur Wohnungstür (VOR der Wohnungstür) ist an der Decke zur Außenwand ein schmaler aber langer Streifen schwarzer Schimmel. Sonst TOP!!!!!!!  

My family and I (2 adults 4 kids) had the best stay in Berlin opposite charlottenburg palace. Right on the bus line, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, I would highly recommend staying here, and would not hesitate staying there again on a return visit to Berlin
