Holiday rental with a fantastic panoramic view of Berlin. Parking in front of the house. Underground and bus stops very close by. Only 5 minutes to the Fairgrounds/ICC and the West part of the city.
The renovated apartment is equipped with modern and quality furniture and appliances. There is a tile bathroom, cable television, telephone, and a laundry room. The modern kitchen is equipped with: microwave, coffee machine, tea pot, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, etc. There are two comfortable sofa beds, each for two people. There are also 1 or 2 single beds that can be added. Large table where you can enjoy candle-lit dinners while in Berlin. For your entertainment there is a large television and a radio. After exploring the city you can return to the apartment to enjoy a nice glass of wine and view the marvellous sunset on the balcony. The building was designed by Le Corbusier in the Bauhaus style.
The apartment is situated on the sixth floor with three elevators. There is a kiosk in the building where you can buy bakery products. There is also a public telephone, a laundry room, and parking in the same building. There is easy access to the bus station, street car, underground, and taxis. The Deutsche Oper and the Schloss Charlottenburg are about 10 minutes away. There is a forest near by where you can take a nice stroll. Only 5 minutes to Kurfürstendamm and the Zoo, only 2 minutes to the Fair Grounds and the centre of Berlín (Bars and restaurants, Pergamon Museum, Deutsche Staatsoper, Gendarmenmarkt, Brandenburg Gate, The Philharmonie and Potsdamer Platz), and approximately 10 minutes to the Tegel airport.
