The Apartment
High-quality cosy two-roomed flat let with a huge sunny balcony near the Hackescher Markt, in the very middle of the city, nonetheless located quiet. Extraordinary fashion-stores, bars and restaurants, above that all important historical sights of the town in easy walking distance. The apartment is right for up to 3 adults.
The balcony has a vastness of 6 square metres, is fitted with teak furniture and plants. It is geared at Southwest.
In the kitchen you will find everything you desire and that is inevitable for your stay: A fridge with freezing compartment, a cooker with an oven, cutlery and crockery, a spice rack and saucepans. In addition there is a dining and reading table with comfortable chairs.
The living room offers a big leather couch for relaxing, an easy chair and a hi-fi system for listening and enjoying.
You can make yourself at home in a double bed in the sleeping room with TV (45 TV-channels), wardrobe, desk and chairs.
The bathroom is fitted with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and a fully automatic washer.
The Surroundings
You are in the very heart of Berlin and thus in the most popular area among tourists.
Around the apartment the city pulsates; you may go there by public transport or just walk to get into it. It is the particular part of the city where many of the old buildings and more often than not the architectural core can still be seen. Youll discover Berlins monumental stately buildings, for instance the strollers boulevard Unter den Linden.
Young and old cover their expenses: Just five minutes walk away there is the widely known Oranienburger Straße with countless restaurants, grand cafés, pubs, and clubs, the Synagogue, the Tacheles, an arts centre and many other special places, waiting to be discovered by you. A mere 600 metres away are the popular Hackesche Höfe, near the Hackescher Markt. Other sights within reach are the Museumsinsel, the Berliner Dom, the Lustgarten, the National Opera (Staatsoper) and the Rote Rathaus, seat of the Lord Mayor.
