"Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß und sehr gut zentral gelegen.
Das preis und Leistungsverhältnis war aus unserer Sicht nicht gut. Die Unterkunft lohnt sich nur für Familien mit mindestens 3 Kindern.
Es gibt nur ein Bad
Die Übergabe mit Vermieterin und Abschlussübergabe hat ohne Probleme und sehr pünktlich geklappt "

"Clean, nice and furnished flat. Very well located in Berlin's center, close to S-Bahn station, too, but without any noise. The owner is really friendly, we've really felt as we were at home. Deposit has been returned without any problem. Thanks for all !"

"The proprietor was unfriendly and required a large extra deposit from us which was never advertised. She does not live near the premises so it is incovenient to organise departure and arrival times especially if something crops up as was the case as our plane was delayed.
The location is also very quite so it is not for persons who wish to be around people."

"l'alloggio è in centrissimo, lungo friedrichstrasse. E' un punto comodo perché vicino c'è la metro e le arterie principali del centro storico vertono intorno alla zona. La proprietaria, inizialmente disponibile, aveva chiesto una cauzione di 80 euro per tutelarsi nel caso avessimo rotto qualcosa. Alla fine della vacanza ha tenuto, senza giustificazioni, 20 euro per essersi svegliata alle 5 del mattino perché dovevamo consegnarle le chiavi. Lei, però, non aveva accennato a niente. E non ha controllato lo stato della casa.
Senza giustificazioni il suo comportamento."
