Modern apartment up to 6 people in Schöneberg, Berlin

Nice apartment, lots of room for overnight stays (for 6 persons no problem to the sleep - more in the kitchen) and nice area. Very central and yet every day free found parking on the street. Many ways to out to eat and shopping. All around the corner. Underground and s-bahn very close. Walk to the ...Furfuerstendamm.Schade that the tenant but Nice is so hard to achieve. Friendly but very volatile. Shouldn\'t do any harm but the stay. 

Nette Wohnung, viel Platz fuer Uebernachtungen (fuer 6 Personnen kein Problem zum schlafen - eher in der Kueche) und nette Gegend. Sehr zentral und trotzdem jeden Tag sofort gratis Parkplatz in der Strasse gefunden. Viele Moeglichkeiten um auch draussen zu Essen sowie einzukaufen. Alles um die Ecke.... U- und S- bahn sehr nah. Zu fuss zum Furfuerstendamm. Schade dass der jedoch nette Mieter so schwer zu erreichen ist. Freundlich aber sehr fluechtig. Sollte dem Aufenthalt jedoch nicht schaden.  

Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to contact the owner, he did not respond to emails. I arrived at the accommodation and was told there was problems with water and electrics and had to be moved to another apartment, despite the fact that I had just knocked on the door of the apartment and ...found 2 people already renting it. The apartment I booked (this one) had 2 bedrooms and was in a lovely area next to bars, cafes and was a nice building. The new apartment I was moved to was a studio flat, outside the area I wanted, behind an iron gate in what looked like a small housing estate. I also stepped bare foot on a needle used for injecting drugs that was on the floor. Although the owner was apologetic and I received a full refund, I would be wary.  

A nice apartment centrally located among the sites of Berlin in a very gay-friendly neighborhood. It did have a slightly unfinished feel from some apparent on-going renovations the owner is doing.

The appartement was good and practical, the location is perfect just near Nollendorf platz U-Bahn station. This is a very animated area with a lot of restaurants.

The apartment is very comfortable, 6 were really what put our affairs and be housed at home. The apartment is bright, modern and well team. The owner is a very friendly welcome. When in the neighborhood, there was found for food, there is choice and very good cheap restaurants. The metro is not, and... also bicycle rental. In short, a place to recommend to visit Berlin. 

L'appartement est très confortable, à 6 on avait vraiment de quoi poser nos affaires et être logés comme à la maison. L'appartement est lumineux, moderne, et bien equipé. Le propriétaire assure un très bon accueil sympathique. Quand au quartier, on y a trouvé de quoi manger, il y a du ...choix et de tres bons restaurants pas chers. Le métro est à deux pas, et la location de vélo aussi. Bref, un lieu à recommander pour visiter Berlin. 

Overall everything was ok and consistent with the description. The apartment is particularly calm which is significant.

Dans l'ensemble tout était ok et conforme à la description. L'appartement est particulièrement calme ce qui est appréciable.

Very well located apartment. U - Bahn 2 minutes on foot, 10 minutes walk from a long gone commercial starting with the famous KaDeWe. The apartment was clean. 3 TV functioned perfectly and wi - fi also but only since the rooms. The owner of the apartment was really nice and gave us some interesting ...info in visit to the 25-30 years, commercial Street. We improvised an additional night and the owner has proposed another apartment also well located, clean and all equipment functioning perfectly. A recommend. 

Appartement très bien situé. U-Bahn à 2 minutes à pied, à 10 minutes à pied d'une longue allée commerciale commençant par le célèbre KaDeWe. L'appartement était propre. Les 3 télés fonctionnaient parfaitement et le wi-fi aussi mais seulement depuis les chambres. Le propriétaire de ...l'appartement était vraiment très sympa et nous a donné quelques infos intéressantes des rues commerciales à visiter pour les 25-30 ans. Nous avons improvisé une nuit supplémentaire et le propriétaire nous a proposé un autre appartement également bien situé, propre et tout le matériel fonctionnant parfaitement. A recommander.
