Description

Two bedroom apartment on a quiet secondary street in a representative building, modernized and seigniorial of Jugendstil, in a typical and luxurious environment from the times when the building was constructed. From outside, one can see the beautifully restored stuccoed façade. Through the representative entrance to the building, with a solid wood door and a staircase full of wooden decorations, one may access the patio with a garden. The apartment of old classical construction is located on the lateral wing on the second floor and has a capacity for 1 to 4 people. The environment is marked by parquet floors as well as stuccoed ceilings, very well conserved in both rooms. The apartment was renovated in November 2006. Almost all of the furniture and equipment are brand new. Telephone: incoming calls: all possible. Calls: only possible for Germany, free of charge. HighSpeed internet access / WLAN / Wi-Fi.

Location: the Bavaria neighbourhood in Berliner City (old “government neighbourhood” of occidental Berlin), characterized by high-quality buildings and belonging to one of the preferred neighbourhoods for living in Berlin. Large bourgeoisie constructions with small gardens in front enhance the charm in the neighbourhood. Here one can find Münchner Street, quiet and full of old typical Berlin style buildings. The Wilmersdorf Public Park is located within a couple hundred meters and is perfect for jogging or taking a walk. One can loose themselves in the Bavaria neighbourhood until the shopping centre KaDeWe, the large shopping centre on European soil. The highly valued Kurfürstendamm with numerous cafes, boutiques, wonderful gastronomy and commercial centres is just a few minutes away on foot. There are numerous small shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Close to the apartment there are two Internet cafes, various banks, and a post office.
