3 room apartment in the centre of Berlin-Mitte for 7 people

Very good accommodation in a quiet street with a choice of two underground stations close by and Friedrichstrasse rail station within easy walking distance. Plenty of good eating and drinking establishments close by too! Good choice of crockery, cutlery, etc, and the dishwasher worked fine! We would certainly use it again if we go back to Berlin.

A basic but functional apartment with plenty of space. Really great location within walking distance of most of central Berlin.

Happy with the apartment although location could have been better. quite a few shops which was convenient. A microwave was missing though

Apart from a few small defects such as loose soil making and some mold in the bathroom of the apartment was well. The handover of the keys was tip top.

Abgesehen von ein paar kleinen Mängeln wie losen bodenleisten und etwas Schimmel im Badezimmer war die Wohnung gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief tip top.

We had a fantastic stay in Berlin, the apartment location to the centre of the city is it's best feature. It is practically on the doorstep to everything and the train station is very close by. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm. Some people have complained about the bathroom but it is fine.

Apartment very well located - spacious (we were 3), functional and bright except the bath room which is moist and poorly informed.

Appartement très bien situé - Spacieux (nous étions 3) , fonctionnel et lumineux sauf la salle de bain qui est humide et mal éclairée.

The situation of the apartment is absolutely ideal, near the custody of Friedrichstrasse and other transportation. In the neighbourhood there small shops and restaurants of good quality at affordable prices. The situation of the apartment on the first floor of pavement and the Hostel customers?-side... quite brings noise during the night side road. For the person who is sensitive to noise this may be an inappropriate. The person to contact is very pleasant and their very rapid response to replace the defective objects.The great lack in our view and the absence of a Wi-Fi access which seems to us the basis now for rentals. 

La situation de l'appartement est absolument idéal, proche de la garde de Friedrichstrasse et d'autres transports. Dans le quartier on trouve de petits commerces et de restaurants de bonne qualité à des prix abordables. La situation de l'appartement au rez de chaussé et les clients de l'Hostel ...d’à coté amène passablement de bruit durant la nuit coté route. Pour le personne sensible au bruit cela peut être un inconvenant. La personne de contacte est très agréable et leur réaction très rapide pour remplacer les objets défectueuses. Le grand manque à notre avis et l'absence d'un accès Wifi ce qui nous semble la base actuellement pour des locations.  

Good spacious apartment in fairly quiet location but easy walk to all the action in Freiderichstrasse. We walked to the Brandenberg Gate & Checkpoint Charlie. There were supermarkets nearby for self catering and plenty of restaurants if thats what you want.We stayed 5 nights after travelling ...for some time so the washing machine & dryer were really handy. We would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to see the sights of Berlin.
