This is a centric apartment with a Mediterranean atmosphere. It is located nexto to the Bahnhof Schöneberg station. In spite of its central position, the apartment is very quiet and noiseless thanks to the soundproofed windows. From here, within 7-10 minutes, you can reach the government district, the Reichstag or Postdam square. Next to the apartment you will find a supermarket, bakeries and bares, as well as many restaurants. A public parking is just in front of the main door.
It is a 60 square meters apartment with one bedroom with 2 double beds (180x200 cm each) In the elegant living room you will find a separate space with a sofa bed for 1 person more. An extra bed or a cot are available (on request). There is a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutleryetc..) and a complete bathroom with bathtub/shower a sink and a bidet. Extras
The owner does not accept reservations with an arrival time after 10pm. If you don't respect this, an additional charge of €30 applies.
Due to the layout and the surface of the apartment, children under the age of two will be counted as adults to calculate the maximum number of people (not in terms of prices).
Taking into account that the maximum capacity of the apartment is for 6 people, a reservation of 5 adults and one baby will be accepted; but not of 6 adults and one baby.
