Description
This cosy 60m2 apartment has been decorated in a warm, Mediterranean style and is capable of comfortably accommodating up to a maximum of 6 guests. Situated on the ground floor of a typical Berlin building, the apartment is located in a central area that possesses excellent transport links with the rest of the city.

The combination of the warm colours and the wooden floors found throughout the apartment creates a relaxing atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Although situated on the ground floor, the apartment has been fitted with insulated windows that will ensure any noise from the street will not disturb your sleep. The spacious living room features a comfortable double sofa-bed and a dining table with chairs, the perfect place to unwind with family or friends or watch a bit of television. Set back in a recess you will also find a double bed that can be separated from the rest of the space by closing the curtain. The large kitchen is full-equipped with all the appliances you will need to make your favourite meals during your stay. The bathroom is spacious and features a shower, WC and bidet. Finally, the apartment also possesses a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a drink outside if the weather is good.

Whether you feel like cooking or going out for something to eat, the area around the apartment will meet all your needs, with a number of supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants located nearby. In terms of transport, the area is very well connected and the Bahnhof Schöneberg train station is situated just a stone’s throw from the apartment. From here you can reach the Reichstag or Potsdam Square in only 7-10 minutes. If you travel to Berlin with your own transport you will find free parking spaces in street directly in front the apartment.

"We were really happy with the apartment. The service provided by All-Berlin-Apartments.com was awesome, I'll have to give you guys a 5! The confirmation email was really great, everything was really clear and I liked that we didn't have to pay everything upfront. It was much easier for us to just pay the deposit and pay the rest on the spot, heaps easier for a group. I would definily use all-berlin apartments again. "

"Die Wohnung war genauso wie in der Beschreibung und wir waren damit sehr zufrieden. Alles sauber, Bettwaesche, Handtuecher, Besteck und Kuechenaustattung (reichlich) vorhanden - da fehlte nichts. Sehr guenstige Verkehrslage - 50 m vom S-Bahn-Bahnhof Schoeneberg. Und obwohl sich der Haus in der unmittelbaren Naehe der S-Bahnlinie befindet, hoert man kaum etwas von den vorbeifahrenden Zuegen. Die Kontaktperson(en) mit der ich geschrieben habe und die ich traf waren beide sehr freundlich. Die noetige Information bekam ich umgehend ohne Tage auf die Antwort warten zu muessen. "

"Très bonne impression, logement très bien équipé. La personne de contact est très sympathique. Le logement est très bien situé cependant il se trouve à proximité d'une station de RER reliant 2 ligne ce qui est un avantage et un inconvenient, vue du train depuis la fenetre.
