Sunny Vacation Apartment at Viktoriapark in Berlin-Kreuzberg

The sunny and pleasant holiday apartment with two rooms (65 m2) is located at 5th floor of a building with lift. The whole apartment is decorated in a modern and gentle style, fully equipped for making your stay even more relaxing. In the living room you will find a sofa bed (140x200), armchairs, sideboard, TV, radio/CD. And there is a dining table for 4persons and a sunny balcony for relaxing.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven etc. and includes all the utensils needed (coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, microwave…).The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a tube with shower device.
In the shared room there is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use during your stay.
The apartment is very centrally located close to the lively and trendy area of Bergmannstraße and the popular Victoria Park and with excellent public traffic access. The area around the Bergmannstraße with nice cafes, restaurants, bars and designer shops turned into a very popular area, including the very beautiful square Chamissoplatz. In the neighbourhood of the apartment is the well known Viktoriapark with a memorial, a waterfall and beer gardens.
The underground station Platz der Luftbrücke is only 5minutes on foot, 2 -4 stations to the famous Checkpoint Charly, Friedrichstraße, Unter den Linden. And there are several busses, which take you in other interesting districts of Berlin, par example a few bus stations to the famous Winterfeldt-market in Schöneberg.


You are allowed to smoke, but only on the balcony.
Pets like cats and dogs are allowed if you give prior notice to the owner.
You will also find the internet W-lan conection (DSL)
Check in is only possible until 24.00 h (midnight).
