This holiday apartment is in a house for two familias in the old “villa” district from Káiser times, located in the south east of Berlin and surrounded by nature. There is a separate staircase to get into the apartment available for guests. This spacious apartment (80 m2) is very bright, has been recently renovated and whose floor has completely carpeted. The living room, which has a surface area of 55 m2, is divided into 3 areas: the living room/kitchen with Italian terracotta flooring and a sunny area so you can beat under the skylight, an area to relax in, with armchairs, and a sofa which can be used to sleep on, and an area to relax in with an electrical chimney heater, armchairs, and which offers you even more sleeping options, such as the sofa in the ‘resting area’ which can be made into a double bed if necessary.
The separate bedroom, which has a surface area of 18 m2) is furnished with a French bed, a baby’s bed (1.60mx60cm) and a wardrobe. You can get to the tiled bathroom from here. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, 4 electric hobs, an oven, a double sink, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave with special cooking options for pizza and gratiné, a dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a radio. There are also spices stored here. You can also have a complete set of bed linen and towels if you request them in advance. Guests can also make use of their own place to sit in the garden and use the BBQ covered with vine leaves. There is also room is bicycles outside, which is covered for those of you who want to go on long rides on two wheels through the city, as well as through the adjacent parks and lakes. The WLAN Internet connection is included in the price. We would also like to let you know that you also have toys available for our ‘small’ guests, and if these are required, they can be requested in advance.
There are always free parking spaces in the road. Both the access to the property, as well as its location are ideal: it’s only 3 minutes in car from the Wolfensteindamm-Steglitz motorway exit. The nearest bus station, Karwendelstraße, is only 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. The nearest metro station, Lichterfelde-West, is only 12 minutes away by bus. The open-air swimming pool remains open from May onwards and is only 10 minutes from your apartment. So in the big and all we were satisfied with the accommodation.Only a TV connection in the apartment was not bad.Look, if you want news or maybe watch a movie. Otherwise, we have enjoyed Berlin and gained many impressions. The people were very coming out and friendly. This certainly was not the last... trip to Berlin! The last time I was 15 years ago in Berlin, and it was very fascinating printing, how it has changed in that time.
Also im groß und ganzen waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.Nur wäre ein TV-Anschluß in der Wohnung nicht schlecht gewesen.Man möchte doch mal Nachrichten oder vielleicht mal einen Film anschauen. Sonst haben wir Berlin sehr genossen und viele Eindrücke gesammelt. Die Hausleute waren sehr ...vorkommend und freundlich. Das war bestimmt nicht die letzte Reise nach Berlin !!! Ich war vor 15 Jahren das letzte Mal in Berlin und es war sehr beein- druckend,wie es sich in dieser Zeit verändert hat.

The apartment location is fantastic. The area is very nice and quiet for the familiar journey and S-Bahn station is just 15 minutes walk on foot. The bathroom and toilet in the apartment is the single thing that is not comfortable, by that there is a great inclination of the wall that prevents the shower with security. The kitchen is well equipped.

Was not the description! Terrace (barbecue) was unusable, because absolutely grown, does not actually exist. Beds 3-6 sleeps poorly, actually not usable (Strohmatrazen!). Restricted use of the apartment by the landlord (\"slippers use please, be quiet, since mother lives below\"!). No parking in front of the House, although actually there! First contact with the landlord on the ground was not without problems! Apartment smells slightly \"musty\" positive: works well, kitchen equipment!
Entsprach nicht der Beschreibung ! Terrasse (Grillplatz) war nicht nutzbar, da absolut zugewachsen, eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Betten für Personen 3-6 sehr schlecht, eigentlich nicht nutzbar (Strohmatrazen !). Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer notdürftig "geflickt". Mobiliar stark abgenutzt. Badezimmer ...nur als Badewanne nutzbar, keine Dusche möglich. Geschirr bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Benutzung der Wohnung durch Vermieter eingeschränkt ("Bitte Hausschuhe benutzen, leise sein, da Mutter unten wohnt" !). Keine Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus, obwohl eigentlich vorhanden ! Erstkontakt mit Vermieter vor Ort war nicht unproblematisch ! Wohnung riecht leicht "muffig" Positiv: Kücheneinrichtung gut, funktioniert !
