Bright and pleasant furnished Maisonette- apartment with 100sqm

The apartment was very nice and on a good spot. There was 8 of us staying, but sheets for only 6 so that was a minus. Also the oven was very low power. Besides these small things everything was great.

Although I used all-berlin-apartments.com I switched last minute to Berlin CAB apartment office, the contact person was brilliant, helpful and all-around good guy and I have never felt more welcome than this apartment. The location although a bit far from Berlin center, was very close to U-Bahn line... and made the traveling easy. The apartment was great, very comfortable and I recommend to anyone wanting to visit. The price is hilariously small compared to cheap hostels in which you have to share a room with 6 other persons, made the visit homely and great. There were few problems with the interaction this site had with CAB apartments, but in the end everything was good, so it's ok.  

The harness was wet in the closet. The hot plates take a pretty long time until they are hot. The hot water boiler is overwhelmed with 7 persons. The banisters of the spiral staircase, as well as the balustrade of the gallery are not properly attached.

Das Geschirr stand klitschnass im Schrank. Die Herdplatten dauern ziemlich lange bis sie heiss sind. Der Warmwasserboiler ist bei 7 Personen überfordert. Das Treppengeländer der Wendeltreppe, sowie das Geländer der Galerie sind nicht korrekt befestigt.

Although there are a fireplace in the apartment, but no firewood. Otherwise everything was. The location is ideal, because U is in the immediate vicinity.

Es gibt zwar einen Kamin in der Wohnung, aber kein Brennholz. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Die Lage ist optimal, denn der U-Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

I was disappointed on arrival to find out we had been moved to an apartment that wasn't the one we had booked, but after being informed that the other one had been burned down we were happy to take another one! The apartment in general was in excellent condition, with comfortable beds and a clean ...finish. The kitchen light wasn't working and there were no English channels on the tv, making it slightly redundant for our group. But the heating worked and overall we had a very comfortable stay. 

A place to sleep while exploring Berlins attractions. Central to the Leopoldplatz U-bahn station, but a bit noisy due to traffic during the night.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Dachwohnung. Miserabel war die Warmwasserregulierung der Dusche. Das funktionierte einfach nicht, und mit nur einer Dusche für 8 Personen brauchte das Duschen dann viel zu viel Zeit.
