These two beautiful rooms are situated in a central area of Berlin just 15 minutes on foot from the famous street “Kurfürstendamm”. The rooms are in an attic (fifth floor without a lift) with a view of the famous square “Potsdamer Platz”.
The first room is 35m2 and includes a double bed, television set, WIFI internet connection and is beautifully decorated with plants. The second room has a small table with chairs, double bed (160x200), as well as TV and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The owner does not offer breakfast but use of the kitchen is allowed. A fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven are available to guests.
The area is very well connected with different means of public transport, metro stations and tram such as Yorckstrasse and Mehringdamm that are just a five-minute walk away.
There are numerous bars, cinemas and international restaurants all in the surrounding area offering a good selection of leisure possibilities, and venues to enjoy time chatting to friends and soak up a typically German atmosphere.
In the neighborhood there is a small international centre that includes numerous shops and supermarkets nearby.

Extras:For guests wishing to arrive after 22.00 at night there will be an additional supplement charge of 10€.
IMPORTANT INFO: For bookings arriving from 1st November 2012, there is a 0.75 EUR city tax per person per night, which is not included in the price. People under 17 years old are exempt. The rate applies to a maximum of 7 nights stay per person. -

The description was accurate, so we knew we had to climb to the fifth floor. No comments there ... I didn\'t know we had to share the bathroom and kitchen with two other guests (maybe I didn\'t read it right in the description, I\'m not sure). I found it a bit dissapointing, because I didn\'t expect... it. The other guests were actually really nice, so there wasn\'t a problem at all. But the contact person could have mentioned it.

The accommodation was in fact one room in the appartment with shared bathroom and kitchen, which would not be a surprise (I knew about it from the add) if the owner (who lived in another room) would not be coming at night from the parties and smoking in the kitchen. I am also not sure if the ...shared bathroom was cleaned every day - with 6 people constatly in the appartment it's worth taking care of it. The (not covered) dustbin was full three days long!
