Guestroom of 25 m² with a double bed in Berlin Kreuzberg
Guest room of 25 m² located at the end of an apartment of 150m², next to the bathroom, with new wood floors. Centric location. There is a small garden with garden furniture and a sunny terrace, which can be used by all owners and renters. In the morning one awakes with the sun and the roosters from the nearby farm. In spite of the rural atmosphere, guests may travel to the typical Kreuzberg in two minutes, to the well-known Oranienstrasse Street, where it is possible to have breakfast in many cafeterias and to eat in different international restaurants. Within walking distance are 5 cinemas with all types of repertoire, from opening films to experimental cinema. It is possible to enjoy live music and/or drink cocktails in many comfortable bars and taverns. Just a few minutes to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden or Ku-Damm with public transportation. For guests who travel with a vehicle, there are no parking problems directly in front of the building. In the bedroom you will find a Little fridge

UBICACIÓN
Kreuzberg: Berlin Kreuzberg is characterised by a multicultural atmosphere. There are many little junk-shops, pubs and bars. An event worth seeing is the annual street festival ‘Karneval der Kulturen’ (carnival of cultures). The name of this area of Berlin is derived from the hill Kreuzberg (66 m) in the middle of the Viktoria Park. Since 1820 this hill is a monument – a gothic cross on stone steps. From top of the hill you have a great view over the north of Berlin. The streets Yorkstraße and Gneisenaustraße with loads of bars and restaurants cross the quarter. During daytime the Bergmannstraße is worth visiting with nice cafés, ethnic snack bars and second hand shops. Just a few steps away is the square Chamissoplatz. In this part of Berlin-Kreuzberg there are a couple of streets and blocks that survived the bombings during World War II – one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin. In the north of the quarter you find the famous Checkpoint Charly with a museum and a former GDR watch tower.

"Very nice landlord, G. The room is well designed and well equipped with water boiler, coffee machine, (with tea bags and filter coffee), fridge. She even lets us check out late so that we didn't have to wait at the city for an overnight train. The only thing is the location. The area around the apartment is untidy and dirty. The subway station is full of urinal smell."

"8/10 La chambre est très agréable, spacieuse, salle de bain très bien également. Pièces propres, lieu très agréable et tranquille car la chambre se trouve dans une cour intérieure. Les pièces sont néanmoins un peu froide, mais pas trop dérangeant. L'hôte est discrète et très gentille. Sinon, l'appartement est très bien situé, à 5min de la U-Bahn et même pas 3min de la rue principale avec restaurants et bars multiples ! Le prix est bien abordable pour des étudiants par exemple.
