"Personale disponibile e comprensivo."

"La mia prenotazione prevedeva 7 notti di permanenza ma al quarto giorno siamo stati costretti a lasciare l'albergo per l'impossibilità di riposare la notte. Le pulizie della camera per tutto il soggiorno corrispondevano al solo svuotamento del cestino e al cambio degli asciugamani. Nessun cambio delle lenzuola ne pulizia del bagno. Le regole di rispetto dei clienti non vengono rispettate dalla clientela più giovane. Lo staff se pur attento alla clientela non può fare molto per il confort di clienti "adulti"."
