"Debido a haber realizado la compra de los servcios de Hotel a travez de us agencia, no he rebido el reembolso de 2 noches que no utilice por modificacion de mi cronograma de viaje. No utilizare mas estos servicios ya que son muy rigidos y para persons que viajan como yo con agendas variables,no resulta confortable y es costoso pagar por lo que no se usa."
