East Side Gallery – a monument of freedom, 1316 metres long

The East Side Gallery is the largest outdoor gallery in the world and the longest preserved section of the Berlin Wall. Over 118 artists from 121 countries have placed large paintings on the wall. The East Side Gallery is a sign of freedom and hope that stretches for around 1,300 yards from the bridge Oberbaumbrücke to station Ostbahnhof.
