      • I have since learned that A charges a much lower commission for the same apartment. Though AB website was easier to navigate, and when I finally got hold of a representative, she was pleasant & informative, I fail to see the added value for the added cost .

      • We did not like the fact that our first booking was cancelled and we had not that much choice of accommodation around the weekend that we wanted. The way that Oh handled the situation was good, but it was disappointing to learn weeks after that they had to cancel our first booking.
