"Grand appartement avec un certain cachet.. Propre et fonctionnel.
Déco soignée. On y dort bien. A coté d'un arrêt de bus.
Ponctualité et gentillesse pour la remise des clefs.
petits bemol une seul sdb pour 8 cependant.
- le wifi n'est pas très puissant
- il n'y a pas de rideau au fenêtre ce n'est pas désagréable

"Tout s'est très bien passé, l'appartement était propre, la propriétaire gentille (mais pas très ponctuelle, 30 minutes de retard à l'arrivée, 45 min au départ!). Le quartier est très calme, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choses à y faire mais le bus pour rejoindre le centre s'arrête juste en face de l'appartement ce qui est très pratique. La navette pour l'aéroport Tegel s'arrête elle aussi devant l'appartement et nous conduit à l'aéroport en seulement 20 minutes."

La personne de contact était très agréable. Malheureusement, elle était très en retard le dernier jour, ce qui nous a causé certains problème logistique (du coup, il est impossible de mettre excellent dans cette case)."

"Die Wohnung machte einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck, Polster und Wände fleckig. Im Bad gab es nur drei Handtuchhalter, die Tür war kaum zu schließen. In einem der beiden Schränke fehlte die Kleiderstange. Eine Garderobe war nicht vorhanden. Es gab zwar eine Waschmaschine, doch keinerlei Möglichkeitt, gewaschene Wäsche zu trocknen.
MikrowelleFöhn, Bügeleisen und Eierkocher, laut Wohnungsbeschreibung vorhanden, haben wir nicht entdeckt.

"ci siamo trovati molto bene con l'appartamento, l'unica cosa è che all'inizio avevamo scelto un altro appartamento e 5 giorni prima dell'arrivo all.berlin-apartments ci ha detto che questo appartamento non era più disponibilie quindi eravamo un po' disorientati. meno male però che ci hanno trovato un'alternativa, quindi alla fine è andato tutto bene. "
