"The apartment was light and clean and the rooms were plenty big. The furnishings were as pictured and completely adequate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans, etc. necessary for daily cooking. The bathroom was clean and bright.
The location was excellent -- in an active yet quiet neighborhood with nice trees and restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store, a bar, and an U-Bahn station either right next door, across the street, or just a block away.
I will definitely stay there again if (when) I visit Berlin again.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made us feel right at home.
The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed to select the best apartment for my trip -- except that I would have liked to have pictures of the facade of the building and the street block the apartment was on."

"Appartement parfait.Il aurait été mieux d'avoir les wc séparés cependant.Bien équipé. Cet appartement ne se trouve pas dans le quartier le plus central de Berlin mais est cependant très bien desservi, il se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Personne de contact très accueillante. La seule chose un peu déroutante est qu'après avoir réservé sur le site All-Berlin et recu une confirmation, nous avons également recu une confirmarton de l agence à qui appartient l'appartement , ce qui a crée la confusion. Il n'est pas assez clair que nous passons par une agence sur place, qui donne en plus la possibilité de payer le reste par Carte moyennant une commission."
