"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean and airy and had everything I needed. The location is a little north of the city but only about 7 minutes on the train to Mitte, and the train is a block away. Plenty of stores in the area for food etc. The owners were very helpful and accommodating - I accidentally locked myself out one day and the owner was there in 35 minutes to let me in, which was a real relief! I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place to stay in Berlin!

"Eine saubere Wohnung. In der nähe gibt es eine U-Bahn-Station und viele Geschäfte. Wir waren sehr Zufrieden, da die Wohnung sehr sauber, groß und gut eingerichtet war. Was mir aufgefallen ist das sogar mehr Geschir, Besteck als eigentlicht nötig vorhanden war. Wir haben am letzten Tag noch festgestellt das die Mikrowelle fehlt was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sonst war alles vorhanden. Es gab keine störende Nachbarn und die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und freundlich."

"the appartment was not really clean. There were spiderwebs along the complete appartment. Dust was in every corner and under the bed. When walking out of the shower to put on my socks my feet were already black. Also in the kitchen the air cleaner was dirty and above the oven there is a tiny space that was covered with food rests. this was a major minus for the appartment."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Zur U-Bahn braucht man nur 5 Minuten und die Kontaktperson ist sehr flexibel. Wir konnten um 22 Uhr einchecken."

"Although I received an email from the apartment owner immediately after making the reservation, I was not sure if my two replies were received. Closer to the arrival date, I did receive confirmation and replies. No complaints. We were met at the apartment when we arrived and the apartment was as described. We liked the location. This apartment was our most quiet and peaceful lodgings while in Germany. Although we prefer 1-bedroom, not studio, apartments, this apartment was spacious enough that we enjoyed the single living area. We did not experience a crowded feeling as in other apartments in a similar price range."

"8 sur 10. appartement bien situé, calme,simplement et agréablement meublé,bien équipé. 3 choses sont à signaler et à améliorer: un meuble est calé avec des prospectus publicitaires, la résistance de la bouilloire électrique est altérée, je n'ai pas eu de reçu attestant du règlement. Malgré cela je recommanderais cette locations à des amis si besoin.
