"The apartment was perfect. It has everything you going need to enjoy your stay: towels, bedding, pots, pans, cups, coffee maker, fridge freezer, wardrobe, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi etc
When we first arrived, the flat was spotless and clean.
The owner also leaves a folder with all instructions in various languages, maps and contact details.
The flat itself was very clean, dry and warm (if you so desire). The location of the flat was also spot on. It's very close to all the central tourist attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie) and the U-bahn and S-Bahn.
If you are planning to go to the O2 World Arena as we were, the flat is very ideal, it's 20 minutes away via the S-Bahn, no need for a taxi.
My only complaints would be that the neighbours can be a bit noisy once in a while (not very often), but after 9pm they were all quiet. The heating system is also slight noisy, but as the building is quite old, this is to be expected.
Because things were so perfect, we didn't have the need to contact the Landlord.
If you wish to have a nice stay in Berlin in a self-catering flat, you can't go wrong with this flat."

"Very nice and sunny apartment. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water with good shower. Enjoyed our stay very much, found it to be an excellant location for sight seeing and there are plenty of local restaurants close by. I would have no hestitation in staying there again or recommending. The owner is very helpful and gave us good instructions on how to find the flat, plus maps."
