"On arrival, I got the key when I checked in. However, the contact person did not accompany me to the appartment. I think it is advisable for the contact person to show the appartment on arrival to the customer, in order to answer any questions on the spot (where to leave the litter etc.).
On arrival, I told the contact person I would leave presumably around 10 am. The contact person told me I was allowed to stay until 11.30 am.
Surprisingly, on the day of my departure there was a knock on my door at 10 am. The cleaning lady told me to leave the appartment as I had said I would leave at 10 am! Very strange, it should have been better for her to come at or after 11.30 am, the official time of leaving.

"This was a return to 100 Invalidenstrasse, and I wasn't disappointed. Glad however to have a reare apartment away from street noise! Would like to return, and have already recommended these Berlin apartments to two friends.

"l'appartamento era adeguato, quello che ci aspettavamo e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo decente. solo che i riscaldamenti erano ingestibili: faceva sempre caldissimo anche mettendoli al minimo. la persona di contatto molto disponibile. unico neo è stato l'ascensore che non funzionava: si fermava al nostro piano ma non si aprivano le porte. siamo stati pochi giorni e in più eravamo al secondo piano quindi non ha costituito un problema serio, però se avesse funzionato sarebbe stato meglio."

"Lovely cosy apartment in great location, there's a wonderful modern art gallery close by (the Hamburger Bahnhof) and the Natural History Museum is just opposite. It's walking distance from the main train station and from Friedrichstrasse and Unter Den Linden. We spent 5 days there and really enjoyed it."

the service was good - we arrived very late, and yet we were met with tolerance and kindness.
Nice info about the area and it was nice and easy to check out by just leaving the key on the table, and closing the door.
