"Vorsicht mit dem alten Aufzug:
Ich bin am ersten Tag im Aufzug stecken geblieben und wurde erst nach einer Stunde befreit - wir sind dann immer gelaufen.......
Das kann zwar immer mal passieren, aber es ist halt ärgerlich.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial .
U-Bahn vor dem Haus, S-Bahn um die Ecke.
Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss, ALDI 400m um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung war frisch geputzt und sauber.
Im Bad ist das Duschen im stehen nicht möglich,
da man sonst das Bad unter Wasser setzt .
Im Bad muß dringend etwas gemacht werden.
Wenn man den ganzen Tag auf Tour ist, möchte man abends ganz normal Duschen - also nicht im sitzen.......
In der Küche fehlen so einfache Dinge wie ein funktionierender Dosenöffner, Schneebesen etc. was sogar Nudeln mit Käsesoße schwierig machte.
Das Verkehrsaufkommen um´s Haus ist groß.
Die alten Doppelfenster sind nicht wirklich dicht und so hört man den Verkehr. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.
Frau K. ist zuverlässig und pünktlich gewesen.
Auch die Rückgabe der Kaution war problemlos.

"lovely apartment, however its not good for a group of friends cos families live in the floor above and they dont takwe kindly to any noise...the shower leaks so the floor is covered with water! Have been trying to contact Julia since to get my deposit of 200e back and she has her phone turned off, i'd say she never intended giving the deposit back!!"

"2/4. La personne de contact s'est présentée en retard à l'arrivée et pour le départ alors que nous avions bien spécifié l'heure de départ. Une 1/2 heure de retard à chaque fois. A noetr que c'est elle qui nous avait "imposé" l'heure de remise des c lés à l'arrivée et malgré celà elle était en retard.

"Cleanliness was great but bathroom was a disaster - one shower room between 11 beds and it flooded the bathroom every time.
Neighbourhood's dead but it's fine because you can catch the metro but it is pretty far out - but there was a map on the website so...
When we finally got in touch with her she was brilliant but it was a nightmare getting hold of her. Explained all the bus routes for us.

"Very spacious flat, really nice rooms with Flat screen TV in most of the rooms (3 out of 4 rooms). The living room is just unbelievable and so is the kitchen. The flat is pretty well located but you should plan for 25mn tube or %u20AC20 ride on a cab to reach the centre.
Overall a very good accommodation."

"L'alloggio è buono e grande, anche se ci sono dei problemi: mancanza di tende oscuranti con sole in camera già alle 5 del mattino, pericolosità della vasca da bagno (noi avevamo degli anziani con noi), carenza di lenzuola, assenza di carta igienica. Solo il primo è però un vero problema.

"L'appartement est tres spacieux .Il etait tres propre Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses. Les volumes sont adaptés à un grand nombre de personnes et permet de ne pas se gener. Par contre 1 seule salle de bains , ce n'est pas tres pratique quand on est nombreux. Le wifi est indiqué sur la description mais l'appartement n'en etait pas equipé.et lits ne sont pas tres confortables par rapport au standing de l'appartement.
Mais cet appartement nous a permit de passer un tres bon week end. All-Berlin apartments is a very good service."
