"The flat was more than good enough, although a bit dated. The location was excellent, with walking distance to everything in Mitte. A few minutes walk to Spittelmarkt U-bahn made it easy to get elsewhere. The contact person was easy to reach and very helpful. "

"We were surprised to see that the balconies were blocked off as the building is totally scaffolded and balconies are under construction. This meant construction noise at 7 a.m...not a very nice vacation schedule.
The owners did make an accomodation to rent, but we were disappointed that we did not get what we expected. They said that they did not know that construction was happening, but that seemed hard to believe as the whole side of the building was scaffolded and draped. That did not happen overnight. "

"We were very pleased with the location of the apartment--it was close to so many sights. It was also clean and roomy enough for the three of us. The contact people were wonderful! They went out of their way to help when my luggage did not arrive. I truly appreciated this. Also, I got an orientation of the neighbourhood to help me get my bearings when I first arrived. The only thing I would note is that we needed some instruction on how to use the washer properly! (We didn't think to ask about this when we first arrived.) "

"Apartamento correcto pero de condiciones muy básicas, limpieza medicre, restos de comida seca en vajillas y cubiertos, suelo de la mini cocjna pegajoso, colchones de muelles, sofá duro, una tv. no funciona, el mado del horno roto, la unica perchita de plástico del baño rota, el corredor hasta acceder a la puerta de entrada deprimente y con fuerte olor a humo de tabaco infiltrado en las paredes. Por lo demás está muy bien ubicado y es muy tranquilo. La señora de contacto más desagradable que cordial, quizá por no estar a la hora prevista, quedamos a las 18:30 y llegamos al apartamento a las 19:30 pese a que le informamos que estábamos perdidos en una estación de metro, nos dijo que haber cojido un taxi."
