"The accomodation was very good, clean and had all the 'normal' facilities like TV, computer and everything you normally need in a kitchen or bathroom.
It was quiet and situated in a very nice part of Berlin. The nearest underground station was less than 5 minutes walking. Some sights could be reached on foot if you don't mind a 15-30 minute walk! There was also the possibility of using the two bikes in the cellar.
The service with our contactperson was very good. He was very cooperative, and gave us plenty of good information about what to do in Berlin, tips on cheap group tickets for public transport and maps.
All in one: an apartment which I can highly recommend!!! "

"20/20, appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, calme, quartier top ... et propriétaire aux petits soins... qui nous avait préparé un plan avec les restaurants, et les lieux à visiter dans le quartier de Mitte sans oublier les incontournables de Berlin.... un rêve ! "

"L' appartamento è molto spazioso e ben arredato, la cucina è fornita di ogni utensile ed elettrodomestico , ci sono addirittura due televisori ; tutto è ben tenuto e pulito.
La posizione è ben locata in una strada tranqilla del quartiere di Pranzlauer Berg , vicino alla metropolitana e a due fermate da Alexanderplatz .
E' stato un soggiorno molto bello , ma quello che è stato veramente eccezionale è stata l' affabilita' e la disponibilità del proprietario signor M. , che si è anche prodigato con i consigli dettati dalla sua conoscenza del quartiere e della città.
Un 10 pieno sotto ogni punto di vista."

"The apartment was everything I could have expected and more! Very tastefully decorated, a kitchen more fully equipped than my own at home, supermarket, bars, cafes, and u-bahn station close by. Definitely made my stay in Berlin easy and comfortable. The contact person was extremely helpful as well."

"We really liked the apartment. It was perfect for us. Very warm and quiet, nicely decorated, totally equipped. The situation is perfect, I´fell in love with Prenzlauer Berg! Was specially nice discover the cofee-bar and the Bistro in LPG Biomarkt (organic food!), just aroun the corner. And many nice international restaurants and charming cafes around Kollwitz Platz.
We also apreciated that the apartament is very close to the metro station and not far from many interested places by walk. (Kulturbrauerei, AlexanderPlatz, Roten Rathaus, etc)
The owner (Gregorio) provided us a lot of detailed and clear information about everything we need to know before arrive in Berlin. The contact person (Uwe) was very kind and helpful even when he had to wait because my plain arrived later.
They also let us beers, cookies and chocolate!!! "

"I've been to 3 appartments in Berlin, and this was the best by far! The flat is very nicely decorated, and equipped with everything one may need. It's very close the metro station, and in a very nice neighbourhood with great bars and clubs. There was absolutely no noise. The contact person is very helpful. He gave us tips on what to do in the neighourhood, including a detailed map, and had even bought some beers and chocolate for us! He was also very flexible with the check out time."
