"Leider können wir bei der Unterkunft nur ein "gut" vergeben. Die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang ist als Dusche sehr ungeeignet da sehr rutschig und damit unfallgefährdet. Grund: Der Duschkopf kann nur in eine Richtung und zwar zur abgeschrägten Seite der Badewanne benutzt werden (ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzten). Ich bin selbst 2 x ausgeruscht und ein weiterer Gast ist hingefallen - zum Glück ohne sich zu verletzen. Vorschlag: Die Badewanne komplett mit einem Duschvorhang ausstatten, sodass der Duschkopf zur anderen Seite benutzt werden kann. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen - sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet !"

"Ruim opgezet appartement. De foto's op de site Kloppen precies, alleen in het echt is het veel ruimer!
mooi ingericht en veel licht! Goede bedden en een voldoende badkamer.
Dichtbij S-bahnstation, perfecte ontbijtmogelijkheid in nabijgelegen restaurant.
Dit is een TOPTIP voor Berlijn! "

"It was fine, we enjoyed it very much. Location was good, there was public transport very nearby, however for next time I think I would rather be in the centre of the city. Contact person was fine. I only dealt with the agency via emai, however everything went smoothly and the website was easy to use. "

"The appartment was good. It's very close to the train station and it takes few minutes to reach the both city centers.
Just one remark. In the website it was mentioned that there was internet connection, but there was not.
For the rest was very good, we enjoyed our stay there!"

"La propriétaire était en vacances en Espagne pour 5 semaines et n'avait pas semble t il donné d'instructions alors que j'avais envoyé un e mail de confirmation. Elle ne parlait ni français ni anglais et je l'ai dons fait contacter par une ami allemande qui a fini par déloquer la situation. Nous avions rendez vous à 17 heures devant l'appartement et une heure plus tard une personne nous a apporté les clefs en nous disant que les clefs auraient du être retirées au bureau mais rien n'état précisé dans le contrat !!!! Bon service mais apparemment la liaison avec le propriétraire n'était pas excellente !"

"Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Alles prima sauber. Und durch die Lage im Hinterhaus superruhig. Und die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles Klasse. Wir sind mit dem Service rundum zufrieden."

"I highly recommend this flat: perfectly clean, light, spacious and very well furnished, with a nice little terrace. it was not noisy at all when we stayed there. The location is convenient, the surroundings are lively, multicultural and pleasant. It's easy to park a car if needed, and the owners have been very easy to contact when necessary. "

"Het app. was niet in 1x te vinden omdat een binnenplaats van een ander huis overgestoken moest worden. Gastvrij spreekt alleen duits, wij nauwelijks. Voor een stadsvakantie is dit app geschikt maar niet om er lang te verblijven door ontbreken van "woonkamer"."
