This apartment is located in a central area of Berlin between the famous avenue Kurfürstendamm and the equally well-known square Potsdamer Platz.
The apartment has one room that serves as lounge and bedroom with three single beds as well as a television. There is WLAN internet connection. The fully-equipped kitchen makes up part of the lounge and is fitted with ovens, fridge, and full cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathroom that was recently refitted in 2010 has a shower, toilet and sink.
The street Potsdamer Straße is one of the most central in the city and is served by all forms of public transport. It is a busy street but does not affect the apartment as it looks onto an interior patio and is particularly quiet.
The dynamic area of the Winterfeldstrasse is within easy reach with its numerous bars, restaurants and cafeterias. The metro also means all the other districts such as Kreuzberg, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg are also quickly accessible. The nearest metro stop is only 150 metres from the apartment. This calm centrally-located apartment is the perfect position from which to fully enjoy a stay in Berlin.
