    Important: Please be advised that smoking is only allowed on the balcony and in the garden, not inside the building.
    Baby chair and baby bed are available on request. The set costs 35 € per booking.
    A washing machine and a dryer are not in the apartment. There is a laundry in the building. The laundry service costs 15 € (the washing machine takes 6kg and the dryer 7kg). A discount applies when this service is used several times.
    There is free parking on the road. Private parking on request is available at 10€ per night.

            The apartment was perfect in many ways - clean and tidy in a good location. The curtains are never very thick in Berlin but otherwise the place was ideal. We did get charged on check out for some drinks that we didn't have so that always leaves a bit of a sour taste in the mouth. Service and ...

            Gelegen in een ietwat vervallen buurt, maar vanaf deze locatie was de stad ontzettend goed te verkennen. Het appartement was best ruim, behalve de keuken ( die tevens als huiskamer dient) en er zijn niet voldoende stoelen om de eettafel voor iedereen. Er was wel wifi, maar heel erg traag en alleen in 1 slaapkamer te vinden. Verder was heel erg schoon!

            Overall good impression with flexible attitude regarding checkin and out. Only drawback was a discussion whether we had consumed a bottle of wine. On a table in the kitchen there was a "minibar" of some whole bottles of wine, champagne and vodka which we never touched.Recommend the owner to skip the...

            The fact that we could not get hold of the owner until shortly before arrival ceated a lot of anxiety. We were not one or two but eight persons who were uncertain of where to stay.
