Description of the Apartment
Located on the first floor of its building (without a lift) this stylish apartment comprises a total floor space of 110m², and has enough space to accommodate up to seven guests. Its a very peaceful spot, particularly given its location at the back of the building, meaning that theres hardly any noise from the street below.
With its high ceiling, beautiful parquet flooring and lots of natural light, the living room is a large and elegant space. It contains a corner sofa (which can be turned into a double bed), along with a separate double bed. A flat-screen cable TV sits in the corner, accompanied by a DVD player, and there is also a radio and internet connection to help you stay up to date while youre away from home.
Meanwhile, both bedrooms have been decorated in an equally appealing style, with a similar colour scheme throughout. The first bedroom has both a double bed and a double sofa bed, while the second has a double bed and comfortable leather sofa.
In the kitchen area youll find a cooker, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, as well as a fridge/freezer. There are also two large sinks. Two separate dining tables have been provided, so theres ample room for everyone to have their meals. The flat also benefits from two pretty balconies overlooking the tree-lined streets, increasing the amount of living space. In the bathroom theres a bathtub and an over-the-tub shower, as well as a washing machine.
The propertys owner is happy for guests to bring their dogs with them during their stay, and smokers are also welcome to smoke in the flat. A free cot is available for guests with babies.
The street itself, Paul Robeson, is in a quiet residential area around 50 metres away from Schönhauser Allee Avenue. This is Prenzlauer Bergs main street, and is known as one of Berlins busiest shopping thoroughfares. Here youll find lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and small shops. About 100 metres away is the Schönhauser Allee Arkaden shopping centre, which is surrounded by bars and restaurants, providing plenty of options for eating out.
The flat enjoys very good public transport links. The closest station (Schönhauser Allee) is just 100 metres away, where you can take different means of public transport and be in Berlin Mitte or the districts of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg within 15 minutes.
With loads of room to breathe, this modern apartment would suit either families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful base in the city.

le ménage n'a pas été fait dans la cuisine, le sol était très sale, ainsi que la vaisselle. même chose pour la salle-de-bains, les tapis de bains étaient crasseux, et la douche ne tenait pas. la lumière au-dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas (même en essayant de changer l'ampoule) La Qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Very nice appartment, close to an underground stations, any shops you need are available around the place. Great. Salt, pepper and oil for cooking could be available, so that we don't have to buy it for just a few days.

Un appartement idéal pour que chacun vive sa vie en indépendance, pour trois couples, ou trois couples et trois enfants, voire trois, ou, etc... Un intérieur simple, zen, mais très agréable. Un confort largement suffisant. Une limite : une seule salle de bains WC, qui bien sur nécessite ...quelque organisation. Une situation très bonne pour accéder à tout Berlin. Quelques bruits de métro, mais on s'y fait très vite. Et cela prouve que le métro n'est pas loin.

Very nice apartment, perfect location and a block away from U-bahn. Could have use of another cooking pot in the kitchen and maybe a broom to be able to sweep the floors. All in all we are very satisfied. The area is full of nice restaurants, cafes and stores.

Appartamento molto largo ed accogliente...eravamo in 8. Stanze ampie e spartane, ma con il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Appartamento dotato di vari comfort: lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchina caffè (americano), phon, ferro da stiro.Unica pecca forse...un bagno solo, senza doccia e ...senza bidet.Per il resto è stato assolutamente tutto ok. Disponibilità del proprietario a fare il chek in prima delle 16,00 è bastato inviargli un Email prima della partenza ed un SMS all'arrivo a Berlino.Appartamento a 200 mt. dalla fermata U2 rossa della metro ed S9 che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto di Shonfeld (40 minuti circa).Quartiere a Nord Est di Berlino con tanti negozi e comodità di ogni tipo soprattutto alimentari. A 4 fermate da Alexander Platz

Le plus de cet appartement prévus pour 6 personnes : très spacieux, calme, bien placé, propre.Le moins : une seule salle de bain pour 6 , avec en plus le WC dans la salle de bain. Le matin c'est casse tête pour l'organisation, surtout que la production d'eau chaude ne suit pas. Le dernier a ...droit à une douche froide. Revoir cet aspect en faisant un WC séparé au moins, et augmenter le volume du ballon d'eau chaude. Pas facile de joindre la personne par téléphone. Nos questions envoyées par mail sont restées sans réponse.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Der Prenlauer Berg ist zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die U-Bahn-Station Schönhauser Allee ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit in den Schönhauser Arcaden für nur 5 täglich.

Die Unterkunft war fast wie beschrieben, natürlich viel weniger schick als auf den Fotos. Negativ: alle kleinen Dinge des Lebens fehlten, z. B. war kein Geschirrspülmittel und keine Seife vorhanden, kein Zucker oder Salz, kein Kaffee, kein Kugelschreiber (konnte Lärmvereinbarung nicht ...unterzeichnen!), nur eine einzige, angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier und nur ein Geschirrhandtuch - alles musste nachgekauft bzw. mitgebracht werden. Wehe denen, die sonn- oder feiertags ankommen!
