Extremely spacious apartment in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg

  Die Wohnung liegt nur 150 m von der nächsten S-Bahn- undTram-Haltestelle entfernt. Zu Fuss ist es nicht weit in die typischen Prenzlauer-Berg-Strassen, es gibt gute Gastronomie in der Nähe. Die Strasse ist überraschend leise, vor allem nachts. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön, gross, liebevoll ...eingerichtet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand: Gute Heizung, gut gedämmt, modernes Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, Hi-Fi, W-Lan, Kabel-TV: alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber und die Vermieterin aufgeschlossen gegenüber unseren unkonventionellen An- und Abreisezeiten.Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt.

  For Berlin novices like ourselves the apartment was easy to reach from Schonefeld Airport to Prenzlauer Allee Train Station (S-Bahn), from where the apartment is a short 5 minute walk. There is also a Tram Station just outside the Train Station (S-Bahn) from where you can catch a Tram down ...Prenzlauer Allee to centre. The landlady was easy to contact, reliable and friendly. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has a lot of natural light; it is also quite homely with sufficient comfortable seating and entertainment equipment. The galley-kitchen is also well equipped; and the bathroom is modern, light and clean. There also plenty of central heating radiators, and at nighttime the apartment was quiet. The area itself has lots of bars and resteraunts, which are all well within walking distance (Dunckerstrasse, for us).  

  All perfect.The apartment is beautiful, modern and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, very well connected. It was a perfect stay. El apartamento es moderno y está muy limpio. La persona de contacto muy simpatica y atenta. El Barrio de Prenslauer Berg es precioso, tranquilo. Está muy bien conectado... para moverte por la ciudad, metro y tram a 2 minutos del apartamento. Todo perfecto, hemos pasado unos dias estupendos. Perfecta localización. 

  We spent a wonderful Christmas in this cosy, lovely apartment. We arrived late in the evening because of our late arrival flight but A. and T. were there to explain us all details and wish us a warm welcome. They also helped us with the taxi and are really nice owners. The apartment is well... equipped and you just need to walk 200 metres to the tram station connecting you to Alexanderplatz from where you can go anywhere. My family and I (we were 5) would without any doubt return there if we plan a new trip to Berlin. I can only recommend this apartment Christian

  20/20 Cet appartement est superbe, lumineux, très calme, beau. La propriétaire A. est très accueillante, disponible, chaleureuse et discrète. Les échanges à l'arrivée et au départ étaient basés sur la confiance. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et je rêve d'y retourner. Quelle ville et quel accueil !

  stayed March 2012. It is a lovely apartment very clean. Landlady very helpful. Good transport and nearest train station (500m) is direct to the Schonefeld Airport (45 minutes). We would definitely stay here again.

  Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l'appartement et le lieu est vraiment idéalement situé ! Nous étions 4 personnes. Le quartier est très agréable et le tram est juste à côté ! La rue est tranquille. Une adresse que je recommande vraiment et les propriétaires sont super sympas !!

  Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire A.! La propriétaire nous a elle même envoyé un mail de bienvenue quelques jours avant : parfait ! L appartement est vraiment superbe ! Tout a fait fidele aux photos du site. Même si l appartement n est pas en plein centre, les principaux monuments ...sont très facilement accessibles par le tramway ( station à 2 pas).

  Leuk knus appartement , je hebt een gevoel dat je thuis bent! Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig (zelfs peper/zout, theezakjes etc!) A. is ook heel aardig! Wij hebben een leuk weekend Berlijn gehad!

  Un appartement lumineux et de grande qualité, agréablement décoré et meublé. Il est très bien situé à deux pas des transports et à quelques stations de la très centrale Alexander Platz. Quelques petits détails dérisoires nous ont manqués : un aspirateur, une cruche pour l'eau, un ...plateau... et des verres dépareillés : petite fausse note en regard du confort et de l'aménagement général de l'appartement. 

  Wir waren ganz begeistert und haben die Ferienwohnung schon weiterempfohlen.

  Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung, z.B. auch DVD-Player und kostenlose WLAN-Nutzung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal: Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben oft die Straßenbahn bis ...Alexanderplatz genommen und konnten von dort bequem in alle Richtungen weiterfahren.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt! 

  Since it's on the 5th floor, I would recommend to mention in the description that the elevator is very small. My husband has a wheelchair which would not fit in the elevator. Fortunately, my husband can walk on cruches and their was a fitting chair in the accommodation (he cannot sit on all chairs).... The location would have been excellent if it were not for the parking problems 

  This is a light, airy and clean apartment with friendly and thoughtful owners. Very well equipped kitchen and nice touches like board games, guide books and even washing powder for the machine. Well located near to an S-bahn and local shops. It was possible to walk to the centre (museum island in 30-40mins). We will definitely return!

  Fantastic location in all respects. Trains and trams nearby so easy to get anywhere. Supermarkets nearby for self catering. Wide range of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Quiet residential area but easy access to everything. Apartment modern, light, spacious, airy and comfortable. ...Improvements suggested are improved wifi service, anti slip mat for shower over bath and cable tv for access to English speaking news channels especially. We plan to return to Berlin and will definitely stay here again. Loved it! 

  La personne de contact est très agréable et l'appartement est joli et spacieux (nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes). À part le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien et la luminosité dans le salon qui perturbait notre sommeil à l'aube, tout était parfait. L'appartement se situe à quelques... arrêts de tram d'Alexanderplatz et juste à côté du S-Bahn ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement dans Berlin.

  Los propietarios muy educados y super atentos para cualquier explicación, el apartamento cumplió con nuestras necesidades con sobresaliente, no faltaban detalles todo muy limpio y nuevo, la ubicación también excelente, si vuelvo a Berlin seguro que repito.

  The apartment is quiet, spacious and well-appointed, with very comfortable Tempur mattresses, and a well-stocked kitchen. We cooked an evening meal most nights, but there are a variety of restaurants in the area. Train, tram, and bus connections are only a couple of minutes walk away, as are a ...variety of supermarkets and shops. The elevator is small, but always worked. The owners were friendly and helpful, without being overwhelming. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Berlin.

  Terrific apartment, with a really helpful host.

  This is a really lovely apartment (warm and comfortable and in a great location for the airport and centre of town). I will recommend it to my friends and family.My only comment is that for self-catering additional equipment in the kitchen would help. A casserole dish for the oven, vegetable knife (potato peeler) and baking tray would be useful.
