Beautiful apartment in the district of Prenzlauer Berg

  Appartement très agréable et spacieux dans un quartier plutôt sympa, bien desservi par le métro et les bus, on a passé une très bonne semaine à berlin!

  Tolle Lage mit Cafés zum Frühstücken in der Nähe. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf Fernsehturm und Zionskirche.

  The apartment was spacious and contained everything you might need. The location is excellent and very close to good transport. I would definitely stay there again.

  Realy comfortable and stylish apartment in a brilliant location, close to the U-bahn and with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Prenzlauer Berg is a quiet, safe and fashionable part of Berlin, and a great base for exploring the city. My visit could not have been better.

  Lage und Grösse waren gut und entsprachen den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Das Appartement war ruhig (gute Lärmisolierung). Die Sauberkeit war nicht optimal (Staub und sehr schmutzige Fenster).

  The apartment was excellent! Just like staying in a friend's home and it's exactly like the photos online. Super clean. And apart from my being delayed by a freak storm, the key hand-over was easy. The bed was so comfortable, especially after the long flight from Australia. The bath was luxurious ...too after a big day of Berlin adventures. The balcony wonderful for relaxing with a drink or breakfast and doing some neighbourhood people watching. The apartment is a decent size. Two people would be very comfortable here. The building is safe, secure, the residents are quiet, and the roof top terrace is perfect for that "I'm really here!" moment :-) Finally, the neighbourhood was super funky and has everything you need. Even the guy in the shop downstairs was nice. When can I move in?

  Great location. Functional. Quiet at night. No problems with arrival or departure.

  Special thanks to N who helped to follow thru our missing baggage with Lufthansa's lost & found office. How awful the experience was without having the baggage for 2 days !! & our phone battery is running low :-( Thanks Again N for the swift responses and it's always nice for local German to ...explain the situation in same language.Negative : Overall cleanliness of apartment can be improved. Flooring is a bit dusty esp. we have 2 days without slippers.  

  Thank you very much for the accommodation. Our staty was very confortable, the apartment was clean, new and with the necesary for our 4 days stay. The treatment, both by e-mail and face to face, was very friendly in all cases. All of this made us so grateful for the stay. Clearly, we would repet in future.

  El apartamento se encuentra en un barrio precioso con muchas opciones a nivel de restauración y un ambiente general muy bueno. La limpieza del apartamento es francamente mala; la cocina y el suelo estaban sucios así como el apartamento en general y los enseres que contenía. Lamentablemente no ...estamos satisfechos con la propiedad, que tampoco nos dió opción de "Consigna" para nuestro equipaje durante unas horas el último día de estancia tal y como inicialmente estaba previsto. No volveré a realizar ninguna estancia en Great Stay. La limpieza es algo muy básico a encontrarte cuando realizas una reserva en un apartamento. La ubicación, mobiliario y servicio de la empresa arrendataria se ubica en un segundo lugar cuando lo primero se da. No fue así, y aunque nuestra experiencia no fue mala porque pusimos remedio inmediato a la falta de limpieza, no estoy acostumbrado a pagar para tener que limpiar el lugar en el que tengo pensado dormir. Francamente mal. 

  Mould in the bathroom needs cleaning, light over mirror needs replacing and the apartment is missing an iron. Other than these small things we really liked this apartment.

  Bonne situation géographique. Mais la propreté laissait à désirer et l'appartement mériterait une cure de rajeunissement. on n'a malheureusement pas de contrôle sur le chauffage.

  Localisation dans le quartier PrenzLauerBerg excellente . Très vivant et pourtant calme (vive les vélos) proche de tout. Nombreux restots, bars, boutiques, épiceries ect ... Tres bon loueur de velo à 2 pas = Pedalum Mobile -Brunnenstraße 171 Appart très agréable et fonctionnel avec petit balcon grand lit. Tres calme

  Die Lage - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor etc. schnell erreichbar. In Fußnähe Cafe's, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Shops und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie die Tram, Bus und U-Bahn.

  Location is perfect - liquor store at floor level and a cozy bar across the street. Perfect for two persons and Kastanien Allé and Oderbergerstrasse with shopping and restaurants near by. And not to mention; Biergarten Prater. We will if possible come back next year

  Lovely location with view from the balcony towards the Zionskirche. Close to Oderbergerstr. where there is a wealth of good cafes and restaurants and Zionskirchplatz - one of the loveliest and quietest squares in Berlin is one minute's walk away. Also close to two of the best beer gardens in ...Berlin - Prater and Pfefferberg. Ten minutes walk (downhill) towards the main sites and (the Museumsinsel and around). Flat is light and quiet. Excellent for relaxation and enjoying the Berlin café culture. If you are a party type go elsewhere!
