5 rooms apartment in the center of Berlin

This 165 square meters apartments has 5 rooms and two levels (4 rooms are located downstairs and 1 room, equipped with a nice balcony, is upstairs. The apartment has a brand new fully equipped modern kitchen and two separated bathrooms, one with a big shower and the other with a bathtub. It is located in a 20st century building.

For our guest satisfaction, the apartment is equipped with central heating, cable tv, cd and dvd player, a PC and wireless internet connection.

The kitchen comes with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery for up to 10 people and a big table with 10 chairs.

In the apartment there are 4 bedrooms, three of them have a double bed each and the forth one has 4 individual beds. All the beds have a very high quality and the pillows are very confortable.

The downstairs bathroom has a big shower and a marble sink and the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. In the apartment you will find an hair dryer and an iron with iron board. The wooden floors make the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxing. Curtains are in all the rooms.

The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and, at the same time very central. You will reach the apartment by an inner court where you will find a ping pong table. In front of the apartment there is also a playground.

In the Pranzlauer Berg district you will find several shops, restaurants, bars and the famous Kastaneinallee street at just 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. You can also reach the Kollwitzplatz, located just 10 minutes away. Also the area has a very good connection with the rest of the city: 2 tram stops (M1 and M12) are just in front of the building door. The underground stop (U2line Eberswalderstrasse) is located 3 hundred meters away from the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed. The owner does not accept animals in the apartment.
