Quiet and sunny apartment in Berlin-Charlottenburg

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles war unkompliziert. In derWohnung war kein Balkon, aber wir bekamen eine alternative Wohnung.

  It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. We arrived very late - 23:30 because of the flight - but this didn't phase the contact person who was very welcoming. We were able to contact her by mobile phone and she was accommodating and flexible. One small quibble: we would ...have appreciated being given more information regarding local amenities - eg grocery stores, etc as we didn't find out where Lidl was until half way through our holiday. We also never managed to get the CD player to work but maybe that was due to our incompetence! I would definitely recommend this appartment to anybody who wants to stay in self-catering accommodation in Berlin. It's also reasonably priced compared to many other similar appartments. 

  Very suitable for two small families.

  Logement bien situé, agréable et propre. Le seul ennui est le fonctionnement de l'ascenceur (avec clé) parfois difficile. Autre inconvénient, le stationnement (des "papillons" distribués même sur les zones autorisées ???) Bon accs au centre-ville de Berlin par le S-Bahn tout proche.

  Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und insbesondere die Vermieterin äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend. Mit sechs Personen wird es in der Wohnung allerdings schon verhältnismäßig eng, aber das kann man sich ja aufgrund der Quadratmeterzahl schon denken.

  The apartment was clean, well located next to Charlottenbury and quiet. It had all the amenities you need for a short stay. There is a nice, small park very close for those with small kids.

  Fabulous accommodation, great location, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Have stayed there before a couple of years ago, and it's still terrific. Easy to use and good communication. Thank you!

  Tout s'est bien passé. Appartement bien agencé, confortable et propre.

  The appartment was generally in good condition. The equipement of the kitchen was sufficient. The electric devices were good but the remote controls of dvd player and hi-fi did not work. The cleaning of the house was not so good. The drainage of the wash basin and of the bath were full of hairs. The... sheets of the one bed were not soft, so we thought that it was just the cover of the matress. The owner brought us new sheets but after two nights. The matress also of the beds were in bad condition and so our sleep was not...perfect. Despite all the previous we believe that this appartment is good for value. 

  Great sunny apartment with some beautiful paintings, excellent location, 2 minutes to S/U bahn, 2 minutes to supermarket, functional kitchen and everthing else......and above all B. is a lovely wonderful lady! excellent

  We will certainly recommend this apartment to our friends! Great location, quiet, clean, spacey and nice. Our contact person arrived exactly when we had agreed both on arrival and on departure, and she was very nice! No complaints whatsoever!

  We found the apartment to be quiet and comfortable .It is conveniently located to shops and to the S and U Bahn. The contact person was most pleasant and helpful. The entrance hallway is rather unattractive but the apartment itself is light filled, well equipped and ideal for two to four people. Any... more would be a squeeze. A more modern television set would be an asset, as would attention to minor issues of maintenance such as the replacement of missing or non functional light globes. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the apartment. All-Berlin-Apartments provided an excellent service. 

  "Gehobene Ausstattung" ? Naja...! Ein sehr wackelnder Eßtisch, ein beim Wasser erwärmen stark muffelnder Wasserkocher, eine TV-Fernbedienung deren Tasten nur teilweise funktionieren, Geschirrspülkorb der Spülmaschine extrem verrostet...! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben. Lage der ...Ferienwohnung ist Top. Trotz der Bauarbeiten nebenan (Hausneubau) konnte man bei geschlossenen Fenstern gut schlafen. Einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung zu finden ist Glückssache! Trotz Allem war Berlin mal wieder eine Reise wert. 

  Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber (Spinnweben an den Wänden, Staub auf den Möbeln) Das Bett und das Schlafsofa quitscht bei jeder Bewegung.

  Logement très bien situé à proximité du tramway qui emmène au centre-ville et à proximité de commerces (station de tramway et grands magasins un peu plus loin). Rue calme. Aucune nuisance de la part des voisins. Appartement en bon état, confortable avec assez d'espace pour 4. Literie du ...lit de la salle à manger un peu bruyante. Chambre agréable avec petit balcon. Cuisine très bien équipée. Personne très agréable et très conciliante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. En résumé, une excellente adresse à recommander. 

  The apartment is old but in great location in Berlin. It certainly refurbished with modern equipment. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

  Everything was perfect. Good location. I would like that all apartments have a plan . And it is not always clear on what floor are apartments.

  Eine Spitzenlage, Eine Spitzenausstattung und eine ruhige Ferienwohnung mit der Ku'dammnähe. Ich empfele! Grüsse aus Finnland.

  location and houses is very good. perfect decision for stay in Berlin. Contact person was very nice and general accomandation was good. but kitchen and bed was not veey clear.it must be more clear. thanks

  Leider die Fotos stimmte nicht mit Realität überein. Die Möbel ist alt. Die Wohnung war schmudelig, stinkte, war schon bedrückend. Also haben wir unser Aufenthalt nicht verlängert. Was auch bisschen überraschte, es gab keine Seife, keine Klopapier, was im 3 Sterne Hotel für die gleiche Preis... (inkl Früchstuck und täglich Saubermachen) nicht der Fall ist.  

  The apartment is in a great location in Charlottenburg a peaceful, yet well connected, part of Berlin. The flat is all of a few minutes walk from Kurfurstendamm. However, the apartment itself was shabby and grimy. The furniture was worn and old, the beds uncomfortable, and the floors and duvets were... stained and filthy. It's a real shame - with a good clean, a lick of paint and some love and care, the flat could be amazing.
